    Absolutely horrible!

Terrible customer service, very rude. The concierge at our hotel gave us the wrong meeting time. The tour called us and we said we were on our way and would be a few minutes late and to please wait for us. We showed up 5 minutes late and they had already left. They wouldn’t allow us to take the next tour nor would they refund any part of our money.

    robbing unreliable company

we used them for the first day and was great but the second day of the grand prix i was told m collection was put back twice!! i then said i will make alternative arrangements as i cannot accept their changed times as will miss part of the racing!! they then contacted me the next day and said they have made a mistake and my booking is on time i said its to late as i made other arrangements and asked for my money back! they refused and said they had fulfilled their obligation to me and will not return the money! absolutely terrible business as it was very clear they just bumped someone else to give me seats for the boat i should of been on! rude and unreliable will never use again
