Very great experience. They called to confirm the booking within 24 hours and got contact directly from the tour guide about meeting time a day before the booked date. Got picked up right in front of the hotel, tour guide explained the history of the city, some specialties and famous spots. The whole 1 day trip was on time, no late arrival or delays, which I appreciated very much. Everything from the canoe to the islands were taken care of, good quality lunch meal. Very good quality for the price, definitely recommended.

Unresponsive & Horrible
I never made the tour. After booking, I realized there was no pickup time listed so I reached out to get that info. Days passed and I hadn't received a response so I reached out a day prior, again. After a third attempted, I was told that the tour was cancelled (I don't know why) and that I'd have to rebook a different tour with them at a higher price. He read me the new itinerary over the phone and said he'd follow up with the details on Whatsapp. I texted multiple times after that and heard nothing. I know they were received because WhatsApp lets you know when a text is read. So I called Tripadvisor to request a refund THEN received a call back THE DAY OF the tour, which I didn't answer because this was way too much to continue with this.I could had rebooked with another tour but wanted to not lose money with this tour, since I hadn't received my money back for the cancellation. Horrible and deserves a 0 rating.
