Tour ticket holders are allowed to use paranormal equipment during the tour. Paranormal equipment must be checked out at the beginning of the tour. A fee of $250 will be charged for any piece of lost, damaged, or missing piece of equipment. PLEASE DO NOT DROP THE EQUIPMENT. Paranormal Equipment must be checked out and returned to a staff member before the guest leaves the tour. If you are interested in the equipment you must arrive at check in and request the equipment. You will need to provide your name, phone number, address, and booking reference number. This information must be received before checking out paranormal equipment. All paranormal equipment is marked and tracked via GPS. Children under the age of 18 are not admitted without parent or guardian unless authorized by one of the tour guides. Please keep in mind that not all bars allow children inside.To go bars / windows are offered along the tour route for anyone not wanting to go inside a bar. Audio or Video recording devices are NOT allowed during the tour. Photos can be taken and are encouraged! Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. Cut off for reservations for this tour is one hour before the scheduled departure. Please be aware that at cut off time for reservations if the minimum numbers are not met the tour will be cancelled and you will be contacted by phone, text, or email up to the hour before the tour is scheduled to depart. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. We do not offer additional compensation for a customer who feels inconvenienced by the tour being cancelled. Great spirit tour
Lots of walking. It was raining but he went under canopies. We seen alot! In fact we had to shorten it a little due to older people in our party made it easier

Ghosted by guide. Would give negative stars if possible.
Booked this tour for myself and my 10 year old, she was extremely excited. We showed up to the meeting spot 10+ minutes early and waited over 30 minutes past the tour start time before realizing that no guide would be showing up. Wasted 30+ minutes on bourbon Street surrounded by drunks with a kid at night and lost what I payed all for no reason! Company refused a refund because the guide said they were in the meeting spot (we asked multiple other groups if they were ours and none were) we werent the only people waiting for the same tour either. Another couple gave up before we did. If they were in the spot they need to do better at making sure everyone booked is with their group..all in all it was a huge dissapointment for us bevause we wasted out last night in NOLA on it and lost out on an experience we were both looking forward to and of course the money I could have spent elsewhere on something better.

They canceled the tour at the very last minute. Said they were giving a refund that I still haven't received. And now I'm seeing fee charges on my bank account for some reason. It looked like it was going to be a nice tour but I've yet been on 1. So I can't say either way about that.

This tour was booked well in advance of our trip to New Orleans. It was scheduled to begin at 9pm. At 2:40pm we received a text saying tour was cancelled with no explanation. We called the tour company to find out why and inquired about rescheduling. They took a message and said someone would return our call but we did not receive a callback.

Signed up for a 2pm tour starting at Lafitte. No one ever showed up! Never received a cancellation nor did I receive a message back from the operator via the Viator communication channel. Very disappointing as this tour was highly rated.
