Guide never showed up. Even after messaging and calling. It took for the mgr of the bar to give me his number to call then he replied. We were looking forward to it. But I still enjoyed the bar

To pay 35 dollars per person to have someone walk you from bar to bar is ridiculous. I didn't expect that but wouldn't recommend.

Don't Count On It Happening
Was very excited about this Pub Crawl. Provider didn't TEXT until 70 minutes before event that they were canceling. This meant it was too late to book an afternoon tour elsewhere for a Swamp Boat Trip. They knew earlier in the day that trip wasn't going to operate, thus completely wasted my afternoon in NOLA. Very upset that refund has not been provided, either. So, don't count on going on this one!! Did another tour day before, provider CALLED me to ensure my comfort as a solo female traveler with the male guide. Was an incredible experience. Major difference in professionalism and communication levels!!!

We do our best to make the right call in the moment, though we understand that decision will not always feel right to everyone. Regarding your refund, we notified Viator immediately to process it on your behalf. Because your booking was made through a third party platform, Viator collects payment and manages all refunds, cancellations, and reschedules directly. We understand this process can feel disconnected from us as the operator and we appreciate your patience. We genuinely would have loved to suggest alternative options for your evening and were prepared to do so.
