Tour canceled by company with no refund
I booked and paid for the Toluca Volcano and Cosmovitral tour directly through Vibe Adventures. After paying, I was informed by the company the tour was not available and offered a full refund or an alternative tour. I requested the full refund, which was not fulfilled. I have followed up multiple times and received not response. Not a trustworthy organization.
Response from the operator: Dear Arich, thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize that we were unable to accommodate your tour as originally planned. As mentioned in our email communication, there was unfortunately an internal error that delayed the refund after you requested it. Your full refund has now been processed directly back to your bank. We appreciate your patience and apologize again for the experience.
