Outstanding personalized service

We were recommended this Company from a friend who has worked with them extensively and it did not disappoint! We spent six days touring around with Sachar - along the coast, the sea of Galilee, the Golon Heights, Jerusalem, and the south. Sachar is extremely knowledgeable, very flexible within incredible positive demeanor and attitude. If you are lucky enough to schedule a tour with him, you will most certainly enjoy it. We travel extensively, as we are semi retired around the world to all seven continents in the last few years, and the tour of Israel was among the world highlights… Along with Antarctica and a Safari. Israel is a unique place and you should be guided with someone who makes it the best experience possible which he does.

Incredible experience

Shachar was an amazing tour guide! His knowledge of the history of the land, influences of multiple religious influences, and broader context made this an incredibly informative experience. In addition, his laid back style put us at ease and made it for a really relaxing experience.

Incredibly informative and fun

Shachar is an amazing guide. His knowledge of history both ancient and recent is incredible. His delivery of so many stories was delightful. He was always careful to provide facts in a way that didn’t carry any bias. With so many opinions on historical facts and meanings, he didn’t drive his too deeply and made us feel comfortable yet informed. I wholeheartedly recommend his tour to anyone. We had a wonderful time for all three days. He took great care of us even arranging a Jeep tour through the desert. We had a wonderful time and felt we were saying goodbye to a good friend when we left. 5 stars all the way.

Private tour northern Israel

Although this was mostly driving to the North Sea of Galilee and places of interest there- Shachar filled us with historical stories the entire day. We stopped at various places and had the history already in mind before we reached each stop. He is an excellent historian and personable guide. We felt like we made a friend in Israel immediately. He made all the arrangements - paid all the entrance fees - and generally took care of us. Stories of his wife’s endeavors in the area of archeology were exceptionally interesting and unusual. Highly recommend booking him early!!

Nazareth, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tel Aviv.

How much does Nazareth, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee cost?

+

Prices start at $1700 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tel Aviv usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Nazareth, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee take?

+

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tel Aviv is not rushed.

Is Nazareth, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tel Aviv, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Nazareth, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Nazareth, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Nazareth, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tel Aviv can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tel Aviv and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Nazareth, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tel Aviv within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Tel Aviv?

+

On Outty we rank every Tel Aviv experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guided Pub Crawl Night Tour at Tel Aviv, Masada and the Dead Sea Day Trip from Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv Jaffa Guided Bike Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Tel Aviv?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Tel Aviv?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
