Friendly Team - Disappointing Beach Excursion

This excursion did not live up to the description or video they showed before we boarded the boat. I was looking forward to all the beach games, but only the hatchet toss was set out. It was a much smaller area than expected. The banana boat was an extra $20 per person and snorkeling was only allotted 5 mins. There was 1 trampoline and 1 floating table, but probably 40 + guests at any given time so not much opportunity to enjoy anything besides seeing the pigs. The experience makes it appear the interaction with the pigs is a bit more organic and you are just around them, but they herd them in and out so it’s quite busy with new people every time then come out so was harder to get solo photos than expected. Lastly, I thought I had read unlimited alcoholic beverages, but it was truly for rum punch only. Not even an option to purchase anything else. Rum punch is really sweet so difficult to drink just that for 4 hrs so would have been nice to switch and have a beer or something else. Also the rum punch was in a big igloo cooler so it was cool, but certainly not cold. Everyone was nice and friendly, but expected more for the amount paid

We would like to clarify that we allocate approximately 15 minutes for snorkeling, not 5 minutes. Our beach games are located throughout the beach area, including a volleyball court and other activities available for guests to enjoy. Regarding beverages, our tour description clearly advertises unlimited rum punch, along with soft drinks and water, rather than an unlimited selection of alcoholic beverages. Our pigs are brought out for supervised interactions to ensure their safety, well-being, and a clean beach environment for our guests. We appreciate your suggestions and will continue working to improve the experience and ensure our guests receive the best possible value.

Best day ever!

This was an AMAZING experience!! We have done a lot of excursions all over, and my husband was hesitant the pigs would be fun. Once we got out there he loved it! We took our 8 and 12 year old girls who also had a blast. The office where we waited for the boat was clean and cool, staff were friendly, and they had drinks for the wait. Once we walked to the dock where the boat was we were super impressed. It was beautiful and clean with plenty of shade and covered spots. The ride to the island was nice because they point out celebrity houses and tell you about the local culture. The little private island they took us to was phenomenal! Not overly crowded, enough lounge chairs and umbrellas for everyone, tons of beverages, and the food was so good. My girls loved lounging on the beach sofa in the ocean and jumping on the trampoline. The photoop swing was a great touch. The vibes were fun and family friendly, but I also saw lots of younger kid free adults having fun. The water is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The rocky beach didn’t bother me, it was only right when you walk out but clears up quickly. Some beaches are rocky, even in paradise… that’s just nature. I was also grateful they offered the cruise friendly option because we were nervous about the timeframe. It was perfect! My girls rated it a 20 out of 10.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most amazing time celebrating my birthday on this excursion! The views were beautiful, the music was great, the unlimited rum punch was delicious, and there were so many fun activities to enjoy at the beach. As a non-swimmer, I was sooo nervous about snorkeling, but the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable that I got to snorkel with my boyfriend for the very first time! 🥹❤️ The hospitality was incredible, and we truly felt right at home. The pictures included in our package were also beautiful and emailed to us the SAME DAY! Overall, an unforgettable experience, and we would absolutely love to come back. Thank you for making my birthday so special! 🌴☀️💕

Worth the money, 8/10 excursion

The experience was awesome; it took you to a private beach, and lunch was great. You were able to pick from a menu what you wanted to eat, so there was an option for everyone. The pigs were an amazing experience, but the snorkeling was subpar. Although the fish were beautiful, having to use a life jacket made it difficult to actually snorkel. The excursion was also about 10 minutes and in one confined area, so everyone in the group was kind of on top of each other. I loved our tour guides on the boat; they made us feel welcome and explained a lot, but the staff down at the check-in spot was not my favorite. Yes, they were nice, but before booking, I asked if I would make it to a 1030am excursion if my cruise docked at 1030am and they said yes, no problem. Come to find out that was not true, luckily it was my partner and I and we knew where to go and how to get there fast but as we arrived we saw our group was leaving. When I expressed that there were other people from our cruise heading this way for the same excursion, they said Oh well, they missed it, and you barely made it as is. This was frustrating, as I had sent them a message at 9:40 am letting them know our cruise had not docked yet and confirming we would make it. When I brought it to their attention, they said, " Oh, we just saw it and were going to respond". That was a bit unprofessional, but we were still able to join the excursion and enjoy it. Very well worth the money compared to other guides who charge more.

Pig Beach

The boat, staff, and the pigs were a lot fun. The baby pig was adorable. The beach was clean and comfortable.
