A tour to remember

Ciro was a great tour guide! I actually didn't expect him to be a "guide" as we only agreed to do a transfer from Naples to Positano and back. I thought he would just send a driver that would do that. The fact that he still went above and beyond in the short time we hired him for really proves his professionalism. I was honestly really stressed out at first thinking about the trip because we were traveling with a 20-month old baby and it was only such a short excursion from our cruise with very limited time, but Ciro made the trip so seamless and stress-free, and this somehow eased my mind. He was kind enough to suggest stops, and to find a nice spot to take a picture of our family. In the end, the trip felt adequate for us and definitely met my expectations. I would hire Ciro again in the future and recommend his services to others. Thank you Ciro, and see you again soon!

Response from the operator: Hi Corinne, Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are really happy to hear that your transfer to the Amalfi Coast turned into such a positive and stress-free experience, especially while travelling with a little one and limited time from the cruise. It’s great to know everything felt smooth and well organized, and that you were able to enjoy the short time in Positano without worries. We always try to be flexible and helpful whenever possible, so your words mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate you choosing CiaoNaples and hope to welcome you again in Italy in the future for another experience. Warm regards, Davide & the CiaoNaples Team

5 Star Service and Experience

We took a cruise with a one day stop in Napoli. We hired CiaoNaples based on their consistent great reviews and they did not disappoint. Request Raffaele, he did an outstanding job. He's local and was vey willing to modify plans based on the energy of the group and was quick with wonderful suggestions. Transportation was a comfortable Mercedes van in immaculate condition. Could not be more pleased with the service. Great job Raffaele!

Response from the operator: Dear Onefungi, thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted that Raffaele’s local knowledge and flexibility made your day memorable, and that you enjoyed the comfort of our Mercedes van. We truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation. Warm regards, Davide & the CiaoNaples Team

Naples: Transfer to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento with optional stops: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.

How much does Naples: Transfer to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento with optional stops cost?

+

Prices start at $55 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Naples: Transfer to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento with optional stops take?

+

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.

Is Naples: Transfer to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento with optional stops worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Naples: Transfer to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento with optional stops?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Naples: Transfer to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento with optional stops suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Naples: Transfer to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento with optional stops?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Naples: Transfer to Amalfi Coast or Sorrento with optional stops start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Naples?

+

On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naples?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naples?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
