Full day Mekong river tour
Being my first Vietnam visit I'm enjoying everything about it. The full day Mekong river trip was booked via VietCruise operator with Jasmin's expert help. Pick up was punctual from chosen address. On the day, Tam, from Kim travel ensured we were well looked after and entertained. He provided a lot of local knowledge. The day was jam packed. Ms. Jasmine is easily one of the most polite, kind, and knowledgeable professionals I have met, with excellent fluent English. She patiently walked us through a wide range of tour options, giving an honest breakdown of the pros and cons of each itinerary based on group size and family needs. She knew exactly what would work best for our family dynamic (two adults and two kids), clearly explaining timings and recommendations. On top of her top-tier advice, she offered us the most competitive and attractive price for our family. Our tour guide, Mr. Alex, made the actual trip unforgettable. He was with us every step of the way, showing us all the key highlights and guiding us to the absolute best scenic spots. He gave us plenty of time to explore, relax, and capture great family photos without ever making us feel rushed. I want to thank Jasmine, the young woman who sold me the Mekong Delta tour at the Post Office; she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She provided very comprehensive and accurate information about the tour and was always ready to help. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended! Aimond was an excellent guide! His explanations regarding the places we visited were clear and very interesting. He was kind and attentive, translated everything into English for me, and ensured the whole group was well looked after. It was an excellent tour, I recommend it 100%.
