Bad ViaTor excursion information and tour guiding
From the very beginning of the tour there was no one representing Viator to help us get on the right boat to Murano. Once we got on a boat and arrived at Murano, again thre was no one fro Viator to guide us for the tour events. It was very confusing as to when the leave time was. We were told to get on a boat back to Vince and that boat made two stops going back to Vince which made us too late for our dinner reservations. It was a disaster.

We found the pier and I asked if we are in the correct spot. The guy pointed to his shirt and said stand there. It felt rude. The boat ride was nice and they provided a little information in several different languages. The glass blowing was pretty and interesting to watch. It felt like a well oiled machine to entertain and get you in the store to spend money. We walked around and most shops carried the same items. We boarded the boat and went to Murano to see the lace. It felt very touristy. The island is small. I would make my own arrangements to both of these islands. You don’t need a guide in my opinion. The islands are beautiful and worth a visit.

Ok your would do something different next time
It's packed there were no seats for us half the time. Couldn't hear much. The glass blowing was fun but was rushed.
