    An Outstanding Oktoberfest Experience!

Our Oktoberfest tour was absolutely excellent and truly deserving of five stars. Our guide was both knowledgeable and entertaining, providing an engaging overview of the sheer size and grandeur of Oktoberfest, along with fascinating insights into the history of German beer brewing. The walking portion of the tour was informative and fun, and it perfectly set the stage for the highlight of the evening—entering one of the famous beer tents. We enjoyed a great meal, lively atmosphere, and an unforgettable, rambunctious round of “Yoh, yoh, yoh!” along with fellow revelers. The evening wrapped up with a pleasant walk to the nearby subway, complete with delicious German roasted nuts and a joyful crowd fully immersed in the spirit of Oktoberfest. From start to finish, the experience was well organized, memorable, and incredibly fun. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a true Oktoberfest experience!

Response from the operator: Hello, thank you for this great review of our Oktoberfest Tour! We are happy you had a good day and we hope to see you again when you are back in Munich! Radious Tours

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Oktoberfest. Our guide, Timmy was awesome. We started with a walking tour through the ground where Timmy explained the history of the festival. We walked through several beer tents. Lastly, we had a table reservation at Hofbrau Beer Tent. Would highly recommend.

Response from the operator: HI Lucas, thanks again for leaving good reviews! Radius Tours

Good Beer, Good Chicken, Grandma’s Table!

I took the Radius Oktoberfest tour on the last day of the festival (October 5th), and honestly, it wasn’t worth the $200+ per person price tag unless you’re a senior citizen or specifically looking to hang out with an older crowd. Pros: You do get vouchers for two liters of beer and half a chicken, which is nice. The guides were organized and friendly. Cons: You’re seated at a corner table, far from the action. The energy felt more like a retirement party than Oktoberfest. If you’re under 50 and hoping for a lively tent experience, you’ll probably be disappointed. Overall, not terrible, just not what you’d expect for the price. You’re better off booking a tent reservation yourself or going early to get a spot. P.s. we left the tour and found a better spot in the crowd.

Response from the operator: We are sorry to hear that you felt this way on our Oktoberfest Tour. You can of course go without an reservation and que the tent before it opens for an hour or two, or go with a reservation that will make this process a lot easier. Many of our guests very much appreciate the energey, starting off relaxed and then kicking off the later the day goes. If you prefer to hop into the mosh pit in the center of the tent, then that of course can be an option for you. We hope you had a great time in there and that this was exactly what you had been looking for!

Munich Oktoberfest Tour With Hofbräu Beertent Tickets, Beer, Food: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Munich.

How much does Munich Oktoberfest Tour With Hofbräu Beertent Tickets, Beer, Food cost?

    +

Prices start at $237 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Munich usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Munich Oktoberfest Tour With Hofbräu Beertent Tickets, Beer, Food take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Munich is not rushed.

Is Munich Oktoberfest Tour With Hofbräu Beertent Tickets, Beer, Food worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 255 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Munich, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Munich Oktoberfest Tour With Hofbräu Beertent Tickets, Beer, Food?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Munich Oktoberfest Tour With Hofbräu Beertent Tickets, Beer, Food suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Munich Oktoberfest Tour With Hofbräu Beertent Tickets, Beer, Food?

    +

Around 89 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Munich can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Munich and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Munich Oktoberfest Tour With Hofbräu Beertent Tickets, Beer, Food start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Munich within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Munich?

    +

On Outty we rank every Munich experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guided Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site Tour with Train from Munich, Munich Classic Bike Tour @ 11.30am with Surfers & beergarden stop, Dachau Memorial Half-Day Tour from Munich (Early-Start). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Munich?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Munich?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
