Extremely poor communication. Cancelled at the time of the tour
I gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. Absolutely do not recommend if you’re a solo traveler. I met at the spot and was told I was the only one who signed up and they therefore wouldn’t take me

A quantity-first tour company
Oktoberfest, it is packed, so that was expected! Our tour started at 4PM, but it was 4:30PM before we were on a bike. The first 30 minutes is walking to the bike pickup, not in Marienplatz at the meeting point, but at Mike's storage point so you are basically an employee in a walking tour for the first half hour. Our group was around 25 people, but for some reason the two guides (both non-German and not real keen on German history) decided one of them would take a pass and now we had 25 bikers all together. This was too large a group for our solo guide to handle, he was constantly working logistics to the detriment of our allotted time. We saw some nice sites, but if you can find another tour company that does private tours your money would be better spent.

Because this was our shorter 'Mini Classic' tour, the focus is on a fun, introductory roll rather than an in-depth history session—for a deeper historical dive, our full 3.5-hour Classic tour is definitely the way to go! We also offer private tours if you prefer a custom pace and a more intimate group size. Regarding our departure point, we start away from the very busy Marienplatz for everyone's safety, ensuring all guests receive a proper briefing and feel comfortable riding before hitting the streets during Munich's busiest season. As for group size, local regulations cap our tours at a maximum of 22 participants, and we were actually under that limit for this ride. While Oktoberfest is a lively time to ride, our guides are trained to manage group logistics smoothly, even when juggling unexpected delays. Please see all other 5 star reviews, posted on this very site, on this very tour. We still appreciate you riding with us during Oktoberfest and wish you all the best!

Mike was an excellent guide. Very energetic, knowledgeable and fun. Gave very clear instructions and directions for biking. Cycling was very easy and an awesome way to see a lot at an easy pace. English was excellent and easy to understand.
