Ride the Lake Kawaguchi Panoramic Gondola. Take a trip to Lake Kawaguchi Kachikachi. Take the mountain cable car and enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the way. The Observatory, located at an altitude of 1,075 metres, offers a panoramic view of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. If the weather is good, you can even see the Southern Alps. On top of the mountain, there is a bell tower called "The Bell of Heaven". It is said that as long as you ring it, your wishes will come true. A great day in the presence of Mt Fuji
Wonderful day trip to see Mt Fuji, alongside some other great scenic spots and experiences. We were lucky with the weather and were able to see the peak of the mountain on a few occasions, before it was covered again by the clouds. It was a truly spectacular sight. The whole day was really well organised. Not too many stops and felt like we had enough time at each of them. Lake Kawaguchiko was beautiful in its own right and even the brief matcha stop was good fun and interesting. Special thanks to our guide Laner who explained many interesting things to us ahead of each stop, gave us clear instructions and directions during the day around timings and also gave us some great tips and recommendations for the day. The weather and Laner both helped to make this a memorable day trip!

Great day with poor weather.
It was well run and the lead in planning and communication was excellent. The weather was not good with rain and clouds obscuring the view of Mt Fuji however our guide and driver was caring and still made it a great day.

Nice but not for a rainy day.
I wasn't lucky with this trip, was very heavy rain that we didn't get the chance to see the mountain 😭 also, there was an accident on the road that took us a longer time to reach. but the other spot was very nice. should visit it on a sunny day. we manage to get the cable car in the last minute before they close it. couple of thing that I didn't like, 1. there was issue with the link sent for the meeting point, not sure why the link took me to different location. luckily the tour guide sent a picture for a building and I had to keep looking around and I found it. 2. there wasn't any point in stopping at Lawson supermarket ( was just a super market like 7/11 and family mart. 3. the lunch area was disappointed, the restaurant inside souvenir shop, I didn't eat anything but got stuck inside the shop because of the heavy rain, couldn't stay in the bus, and there is no seat inside. Since the shop was too small, I couldn't escape the sales rep who kept chasing me all around to sell me product from Mt. Fuji which as too expensive. I bought couple of things that doesn't worth anything in my country but ended up paying around $100😫 ohh and the toilet outside the restaurant was awful 2 dirty cube not covered properly, I got wet under the rain that even my passport inside my bag pack got wet. anyway, was one of these interesting day. other than this I believe don't book this tour if the weather is bad.

Nice views, but recommend a different company
I made the best out of this tour and actually enjoyed some of the views! Due to the weather we were not able to view Mt. Fuji but the other attractions made it worth it! I do want to point out a few issues: 1. When booking through this company they used the company GogoDay Travel as the guide which communicated the meeting point since my tour section had to accommodate to a smaller bus for fewer people (no problem with that). Once I got to the meeting point it was communicated that the guide would be there holding a specific sign and and I did not get the notification via what’s app From my guide about vehicle description so I arrived 40 mins early to avoid any confusion. Once I got there, I noticed several guides with the “GogoDay Travel” uniform and sign on and I tried getting assistance from some of them trying to clarify my directions and where my guide was but was met with rude and negative interactions from One of the guides (named Jeffrey), who turned his back on me after I asked if my name on the list since they worked for the company listed in my booking. I tried to call the customer service number over 7 times and each time I could not reach an agent and the line hung up due to the agents assisting other customers which made it even more frustrating. The tour itself felt rushed and not much time on some of them to really sit down and enjoy the view or try to eat without being rushed. Guide got us to each point in a timely manner, but no hospitality upon initial contact.
