Very poor organization and mediation by Tripadvisor.
The excursion locations are worth seeing. Unfortunately, the execution of the excursion was very deficient. I had booked an excursion with a small group, admission, and lunch because I was traveling alone. What it was: a large group, the admission to the gondola had to be paid, lunch was not included. A report to the office was not answered. Never booking through Tripadvisor again, that's what it means for me!

My brother and I chose this Mt Fuji, not knowing what to expect. Our tour guide Helen from Kkday made the whole day fantastic. She was very accomodating to us as the only English speakers on the bus always making sure everything was alright with us. The whole day is planned around seeing mt Fuji so make sure you pick a day with decent weather.
