This will be the best meal you have in Sorrento with a lovely family and gorgeous view
The family are gracious hosts. My adult son and I had the best time! We had mozzarella, ravioli pasta, and limoncello tiramisu. We helped cook everything, except the mozzarella which was more observing. The food was delicious. Perfecto! It was by far the best meal we had in Sorrento! We visited in December, so our email was inside rather than outside in the garden Those visiting in the spring, summer, and fall will have the most beautiful view while you eat. I cannot recommend this tour enough. If there were 100 stars, I’d give it 100.

Italia home / farm to table cooking experience
Ahhhh… Nothing like the Taste & Feel of Home… My daughter and I could never have realized what a Truly Emotionally Fuelled experience we were headed into. When you are touched by a family who share all that they have from the Earth up! .,,,,,,,,, We had the most stunning experience of walking through a familys day at their home:farm We met ALL THE FAMILY…including Maria the Cow, and the cats! Perfecto!! We experienced how the farm came to be, the Building over 200 years old. The Nonnas that made it happen, the PURE JOY of standing in the middle of all that is and represents this family’s history. The Earth and all its bounty This brought true emotion to me/us! We hadn’t even started our cooking class nor watched (and tasted) ‘NONNA’s fresh made Mozzarella Cheese. With our hearts full, from viewing Olive Trees, Lemon Trees, Cherry Trees And the Bigger than ever Mediterranean Ocean. YES, Even this we then went inside the heart of their home.. we were very fortunate to have found a family who only wanted to share their baking, cooking, Land and what their life is like. Gennaro, is a perfect host. He taught us very patiently and with a lot of laughter and fun, how to make Tiramisu, Pasta from scratch and Caprese salad. Nonna made the tomato sauce for the pasta. We watched Nonna make the Mozzarella fresh. (Soooo…delicious). We then ate our creations in a most beautiful dining room. Everything we used came from their garden/ farm. Everything they work hard at every day to create for themselves. We were able to share with them. From Spices to Eggs to Olive Oil to Wine. Even the lemon cello was homemade. if you’ve never heard the word perfecto Gennaro will tell you that throughout the whole process because all he wants is for you to be successful and enjoy food the way he does we are very grateful that we have had this experience of cooking and sharing with this Warm , Fun & Affectionate family. . If you are ever looking for farm to table in Italia style then I strongly urge you to go to this family‘s home and be welcomed in like you were one of their own. Thank you for a most enjoyable experience. Gennaro, Martina & Nonna

Book this cooking class!!!
I’ve been in Italy for 2 weeks and easily the best activity I signed up for was the Mozzarella Making & Cooking Class Experience with DeA in Cucina. Martina and her grandmother were so patient and passionate about food; I loved getting to know them and learning more about their family and their farm. I was doing the experience by myself and Martina was snapping photos of me the whole time that were gorgeous so that I would have some to walk away with. The food we cooked and ate was the best I’ve eaten in Italy also - so delicious. 10/10 would recommend booking this experience, you will not regret it!

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sorrento?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sorrento?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
