Magical Montserrat
This day was so special, Jamie created a relaxed mood with all in the party tended to. We climbed to Mt Jerome chatting talking stopping looking, revelling in the beauty. I love this place and had been before on my own but no doubt Jamie made the day easy, and full of delight

Fantastic Day
We hiked from Montserrat to Sant Jeroni with Jamie on a beautifully clear day. From start to finish, Jamie was impeccable. We were picked up in a mutually convenient location and from the start Jamie was friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know all the walkers (6 total). He was knowledgeable, and enjoyed that we got the chance to look at the monastery when it was quiet before ascending the hill. It was a gentle walk and enjoyable without being too strenuous. Jamie continued to point out history and facts about the hills on the way up. Even on the drive back, Jamie was keen to assist with options for dinner and even dropped some of the walkers off in different areas depending on where they were staying. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk, the company and the whole experience. Would definately get in contact with Jamie again for a tailor made experience. Top bloke, maybe see you back in Scotland! Cheers.

Hike on Montserrat
I went up Montserrat with Jamie and my wife. I would highly recommend this hike , and will definitely book in the next time I’m in Barcelona. Jamie was really flexible with us on timings and even came to collect us from our hotel to suit our arrangements. With regards to the pace of the hike, it was just right, stopping to take in the views and understand more about the special mountain. Highly recommend for both English and Spanish speakers. Hope to see him again next time. Thanks Jamie!

Best Tour Guide!
Definitively worth the hike! We could not have asked for a better guide for this trip - He showed us the most beautiful spots and made this trip a fun experience. Montserrat - Beautiful Hike and Day Trip from Barcelona . Jamie is a Great Guide!
To cut straight to the point, we highly recommend taking a day for this wonderful experience with Jamie. He led our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids ages 10,12 and 14) from Barcelona to the top of Montserrat for an awesome day hike. As we were making our vacation plans, Jamie was in frequent communication and provided information on a timely basis through email and text. He made sure we had the right gear (tennis shoes or sneakers for exercise, not fashion), enough water and food (lunch, snacks). We met at the metro early in the morning to beat the rush. Again, he made sure we were prepared. We knew exactly where to meet by providing 5-6 pictures including the metro station on a map circled in red. When we arrived back in Barcelona, he pointed out the Taxi stand which was helpful. We were at our apartment around 5pm, tired and energized at the same time. Throughout the day, Jamie was engaging and encouraging with each of us individually, checking in to make sure were having fun and enjoying ourselves. He gave us a sense of what to expect at each stage (e.g. when the path would be flat or steep). At the end of the day, he gave us a couple fabulous Tapas recommendations too.
