Don’t waste your money.

Dont waste your money. Our children were forced to use helmets from lost and found and only AFTER I refused to let them ski without helmets like the guide wanted. They didn’t arrange for us to make sure we had skis so the place made a special accommodation for us for a couple hours. When we asked for our money back since we had a partial day without some equipment. We asked for a partial refund and were denied in the rudest phone call of my life. And they were late in picking us up.

Response from the operator: We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. Your original booking was made for March 2, 2025, but due to a mistake, you actually needed the tour for March 3, 2025. Despite reaching out multiple times in advance to help prepare for your trip, we did not receive a response from you, which could have helped avoid this situation. You contacted us the night before the tour, realizing the mistake and requesting a discount. To accommodate you, we offered a 50% discount for the correct date, which is not a standard policy but was granted as a goodwill gesture. Regarding the equipment, by the time you arrived at the mountain, most of the rentals were already taken due to the delay. Alejandro, gave you two options: 1. A full refund if you preferred not to continue with the tour. 2. The option to return the next day. Both options were declined, and you chose to proceed with the tour. While we understand the situation was not ideal, our team, including Loreena, did their best to accommodate your requests under the circumstances. We always strive to provide the best experience for our guests, but unfortunately, some logistical challenges were beyond our control. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Amazing, magical

“I had an incredible experience with North Adventures’ ski tour this season. From start to finish, everything was expertly organized and thoroughly enjoyable. The pickup from downtown Montreal was seamless, and the equipment provided was top-notch. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making sure we were all set for a fantastic day on the slopes. The skiing itself was exhilarating, with well-maintained trails that suited both beginners and more advanced skiers. The added convenience of the all-inclusive package meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing—transportation, gear, and even a hearty lunch were all taken care of. North Adventures truly goes above and beyond to deliver a memorable ski experience. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and thrilling day on the mountains, I highly recommend their tour!” Feel free to adjust any details to better fit your specific offerings or to highlight particular aspects of the tour!

Great experience on every level

Alejandro was an excellent guide. Being a complete newbie in skiing, I felt reassured the whole experience. It was a rush of emotions, and my boyfriend loved the adrenaline. We were both able to enjoy the experience, even if we went at a different pace. Definitely recommend

Montreal Epic Ski Adventure in Quebec’s Winter Wonderland: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Montreal.

How much does Montreal Epic Ski Adventure in Quebec’s Winter Wonderland cost?

+

Prices start at $615 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Montreal usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Montreal Epic Ski Adventure in Quebec’s Winter Wonderland take?

+

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Montreal is not rushed.

Is Montreal Epic Ski Adventure in Quebec’s Winter Wonderland worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Montreal, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Montreal Epic Ski Adventure in Quebec’s Winter Wonderland?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Montreal Epic Ski Adventure in Quebec’s Winter Wonderland suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Montreal Epic Ski Adventure in Quebec’s Winter Wonderland?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Montreal can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Montreal and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Montreal Epic Ski Adventure in Quebec’s Winter Wonderland start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Montreal within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Montreal?

+

On Outty we rank every Montreal experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Essential 101 Non-Touristy Walking Tour by Spade & Palacio, Old Montreal Walking Tour | Small Group (Max 10) | by MTL Detours, The Full-Day small-group comprehensive tour of Montreal. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Montreal?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Montreal?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
