We had a great time and had a knowledgeable/personable guide, Cece.
Cece was great and knowledgeable. We’ve lived in Montgomery for over 5 years and did not know many of the historical/haunted aspects of the capitol. This is our second ghost tour with this company in different cities and it does not disappoint!
Response from the operator: We really appreciate your feedback — thank you for sharing! We’re thrilled you enjoyed learning new stories about your hometown with Cece. We’d love to see you again for more ghostly adventures!

Excellent tour of Alabama’s Capitol city
It was an interesting and engaging walking tour for history buffs of all ages who want to see Alabama’s capitol at night. The weather was perfect and our guide, Victoria, was a former history teacher who shared her love of her city with us.
Response from the operator: Thank you for the kind words! We’re thrilled that the walking tour was interesting and engaging for you. Victoria will be so happy to know her love for the city made the experience even better. We can’t wait to have you back on another tour!

Scam! Guide did not show up and now doesn’t want to refund.
My partner and I booked online and paid, we went to the meeting site at the prescribed time and waited there only for no-one to show up. We were supposed to start at 8pm, we waited there alone until 8:30. We then applied for a refund and we were told the “guide” said WE cancelled and therefore cannot refund us. This is a total scam, don’t waste your money!
Response from the operator: We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. We understand how disappointing this must have been, and we take your feedback seriously. Please reach out to us at guestrelations@wejunket.com with the name your booking was under, and we will be happy to assist you further and help resolve this matter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Montgomery Mysteries, Murder & Malice Ghost Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Montgomery.
How much does Montgomery Mysteries, Murder & Malice Ghost Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $26 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Montgomery usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Montgomery Mysteries, Murder & Malice Ghost Tour take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Montgomery is not rushed.
Is Montgomery Mysteries, Murder & Malice Ghost Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Montgomery, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Montgomery Mysteries, Murder & Malice Ghost Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Montgomery Mysteries, Murder & Malice Ghost Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Montgomery Mysteries, Murder & Malice Ghost Tour?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Montgomery can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Montgomery and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Montgomery Mysteries, Murder & Malice Ghost Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Montgomery within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Montgomery?
+
Montgomery, AL packs its best experiences into walkable neighborhoods, local food, and day trips nearby. Outty ranks every bookable tour and activity in Montgomery by rating quality, review depth, booking demand and value, so you can see the standouts before you book. On Outty we rank every Montgomery experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Montgomery Civil Rights Walk of Freedom Self Guided (GPS) Walking Tour, 3hr Private Driving Civil Rights Tour, 6 Hours Private Civil Rights Tour of Montgomery. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Montgomery?
+
Spring and fall bring the best weather and lighter crowds in Montgomery, while summer has the widest choice of tours and evening activities. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Montgomery?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
