  1. Plaza Independencia

    After our meeting point at the Solis Theater we will go to Plaza Independencia, today being the main square of Uruguay, we will see the monuments and the meaning of the palm trees, plus other secrets that the city has. We will start with a historical introduction to Montevideo and Uruguay in general.

    At this point we will observe the meaning of the monument in the square and visit the Artigas Mausoleum, located below the monument.

    At this point we will observe the architecture of the building and we will talk about the history and legends of the place observing it from outside. In addition, it was a point of reference for the most famous Tango in the world "La Cumparsita".
