Use the first door on the right, exiting the terminal at the Information Desk. Once outside, turn to the right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper Bar, Our Representative will be standing behind the barricade, holding a sign, displaying ISLAND TRANSFER & TOURS. Once you have identified the Island Transfer & Tours Agent, present your ticket to him and he will escort you to your ride. Return Transfers depart directly from your hotel's lobby - Flexible return transfer times based on the departure time submitted. Pickup are scheduled 2.5 hours in advance of departure time. Please meet your Island Transfer and Tours driver at the entrance to the main lobby.

It was OK. The driver was really nice. The organizer, though was a little unorganized and not a clear sign where I could find the company.
