Very professional and personable ride service.
We got picked up by our driver who we first thought would be Mr. Green, but he was being driven by Ackem. We were sceptical because we didn't understand. However, we got the most mannerable, punctual, and professional driver. He took us to the hotel and made sure we got in and checked in. When he picked us up to leave Jamaica, he called the day before to verify the time, then texted us that morning to let us know he was on the way. The airport was only about a ten minute ride, but we could have spent the entire day with this young man. I can't say enough how much we appreciated Ackem.

Didn’t pick us up for our return trip. Stating the driver left his phone and we will need to find another ride.

Booked a transfer from breathless to Montego Bay airport the day before departure. Confirmed right away. Sent a message through viator with my desired departure time from the hotel, and he replied promptly confirming. He was on time, friendly and respectful. Would use again.

Dennis Tours transportation is the only transportation you’ll need for a fun family Jamaican vacation!
Dennis is simply the best! He has a clean 10 passenger van that our family of 4 used privately on our recent day trips around the island. He is connected with Juta Tours and will pick you up at the airport or your resort. We really got lucky when our resort concierge set us up with him for our airport shuttle from Montego Bay to Rose Hall Resort and Spa. He took us to Ocho Rios one day and then Negril another day. If you aren’t exactly sure you know how to spend the day, Dennis will help you decide what is safe and what is less expensive. He will be your tour guide along the route and teach you about the island and its people. Our family had more stories to tell about Dennis than the adventures we took with him! We are saving his business card so we can use him the next time we come back!

Run! Not a pleasant experience
Wasn't a pleasant experience from the beginning! Messaged Lynval when we landed. He sent pic of car and said where he would be, did not see him, so we went to other side. Turns out we was in the right place to begin with, meanwhile he was blowing my phone up calling and texting. Sorry, we are not familiar with the airport! We received the third degree on the way to our resort about how he could have gotten a ticket/fine while he was waiting on us (thank God it was only about five minutes away, very annoying)! Excuse me! If your not supposed to be there then why are you offering transportation services from the airport!? So confused! And as if we knew that and couldn't find him on purpose! He will text and call, asking information that is none of his business! Your hired for one job (transportation) and you don't need to know anything else other than pick-up at requested time. When leaving I had him scheduled for hotel pick-up, meanwhile my husband mistakenly set-up another pick-up not knowing that he was scheduled for round-trip. I didn't know until getting to the lobby and realizing it was not the same person. I felt bad about that, but thankfully didn't have to listen to a lecture leaving. I would not recommend!!! Book transportation with your travel agent/travel package!
Response from the operator: Good evening first I should apologize for any inconvenience you suffered but you should understand that the arrival lobby has strict rules imposed by the Canadian authorities who run the Airport. So any violations of these rules will result in heavy finds which I tried to explain. Sometimes when the arrivals are heavy the parking becomes very disorganised which is what happened in my particular situation. This is why communication is key with our clients to avoid such confusions. In regards to your departure it was clearly stated on your booking platform. So would it be fair for you to blame me for your husband's mistake after we both confirmed your departure from another hotel which on my way to you only to find that he booked someone else. Wouldn't you agree that's poor communication on your part ? Any way thanks for your support all the best.
