I would not recommend this Manavgat boat tour. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst excursions we have experienced. The day started badly with transportation in an old and uncomfortable vehicle that did not even have seat belts, which felt unsafe. The guides were also quite unfriendly. They expected everyone to loudly respond with “good morning,” and when some people did not, they became noticeably irritated and spoke in a loud and unpleasant manner. The tour was also overpriced for what was actually included. We spent around 45 minutes waiting at a gas station while the company collected other tourists, which felt like a complete waste of our vacation time. Another disappointment was that the group consisted almost entirely of Russian-speaking tourists. As a result, information and communication were not always accessible or enjoyable for everyone. The biggest letdown was the advertised visit to the zoo, which was presented as one of the highlights of the excursion. In reality, it took place at the very end of the day and lasted only about 40 minutes. To make matters worse, the zoo entrance fee was not included, and neither were drinks, meaning there were additional costs on top of an already expensive tour. Overall, the organization was poor, the transportation felt unsafe, the guides were rude, and the main attractions did not live up to the advertising. We left feeling disappointed and would not book this excursion again.

Fantastic day trip, with one huge exception
This review would have been a clear 5 stars but for one thing... I'll start with the good: Booking was easy and pickup from our hotel was spot on; The scenery and drive between locations was brilliant; The water fights with other jeeps in the convoy was great fun (you will either need to take your own water gun, or rent one for the day for 5 euros - well worth it); Lunch was included and was really nice (drinks need to be bought seperately, but that's explained before you book); The boat trip including swim break and opportunity to partake in the mud bath was great. Now for the only bad thing.... The visit to Land of Lions in Manavgat is horrible. It's 5 euros to get in, which would be fine, but the animals are clearly neglected. They will pester you to pay 10 euros to get a photo holding a lion cub, or 15 euros to feed it meat that looks off. The cubs are clearly drugged and can barely walk. Many other exhiibits house animals desperately in need of medical attention, some of which looked like they were close to dieing in front of us. Others had really bad sores, many of which looked infected, and were left untreated. Awful place, and if I could put my unsensored version of what I think on here I would, but you can guess the rest. Read reviews on the park for more info... Overall, a great trip, but I'd urge anyone that cares about animals to stay on the bus/jeep at the lion park, trust me, you'll wish you had!!!

Unsafe sad zoo and want money
Just Awful Where do I begin old vehicles which are substand and the drivers drive illegally fast swinging across roads back and forth overtaking each other! Maybe this is their idea of fun I don’t know but we would have been dead if anything would have crashed. First stop which isn’t advertised was a wait stop at a karting track whilst waiting for other buses trying to get you to part with money on kart rides and airsoft Next stop the most vile zoo on earth these people have no conscious Lions kept in small pens babies taken off the parents for photo opportunities with cubs A poorly donkey in pain flamingo no water underweight wolves bears banging and shaking their heads absolutely criminal all for a cut of the entry fee absolute disgraceful This zoo should be closed by PETA and Turkish goverment where are they!! Green Canyou is lovely hence the 1 star Taken again for food and further chance to rob you for photos etc More dangerous driving on way home then was told to give the driver €5 each tip Which meant he would o around €80-90 euro per trip

We technically went in three different tours to this but they’re on the website not the trip advisor The manavagat waterfall tour, the aspendos tour and the Altınbeşik tour (where you can see the green canyon from up very high) all of which were superb! Each tour you get picked up from your hotel, they contact you on WhatsApp the day before with exact pick up time and keep you up to date if the bus is going to be delayed or anything so there is always someone available to ask questions while you’re on the tour too. Fantastic communication which I felt so glad for being in a different country. All the tours we had a very friendly guide who made sure we all knew what time we had to be back on the bus and plenty of time at each of the planned stops to have a good look around and take plenty of pictures.
