Overall it was a good experience minus couple of red flags with Delhi hotels- not up to par and I felt sick with the hotel food. Please do your research prior. Kindly request for English speaking drivers with clean and comfortable seats. Jagdish bhai was the best we had during our Rajasthan trip. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and the car was clean all the time. Ganpath bhai, our tour operator was always prompt, reliable and will accommodate you with what you ask for.

Ganpat Prajapat the owner of Incredible Tour to India provided us with a tour designed specially to my wishes. I wanted a visit to India with my main focus on Kalimpong, followed by a stay in Jaipur and a safari and we only had 10 days to do it in. Ganpat carefully organised every step of the journey, car and drivers, guides, internal flights, places to stay and tickets for the safaris. I had chosen Ahava Guest House set in the foothills of the Himalayas, Kalimpong, where the air is clear and the views amazing; set in a family home where we were welcomed, cherished, cared for as if we were family. Bliss. Then, once in Jaipur, Ganpat invited us for dinner at his home where we met all his lovely daughters and his beautiful wife who welcomed us shyly and cooked a delicious meal for us. I am so grateful to Ganpat for arranging things just how I asked, none of the British companies would do this for me and he was far cheaper too meaning I could pay for both my daughters to join me on this trip of a lifetime. We all felt that whatever happened, and wherever we were in India, Ganpat was there to help us out, with any requests or problems - he even got currency ready for when we arrived and knowing he was there 24/7 by text meant we were able to really enjoy our trip and feel safe. I can't recommend his services enough.

Trip to Taj Mahal.
Found this company due to a question I put on the travel forum for India. I received a personal endorsement from a previous customer in Canada. Contacted the company, and Ganpat was quick with his reply. He answered all my questions and helped me plan our trip to the Taj Mahal. Ganpat organised transport from Jaipur to Agra, then onto Delhi. The vehicle was big enough for 4 adults with a large suitcase each. The driver, we had his services for 2 days, very friendly, full of information, and essentially, a very careful driver. As part of our trip, Ganpat organised a complimentary tour guide for Taj Mahal. He was lovely, young, knowledgeable and his English was very good. We made lots of memories on our visit. Ganpat also invited us to meet him at home, where we spent a couple of hours with his lovely family. All in all, a very helpful company, who go out of their way to assist their customers.
