    Amazing Thai cuisine lounge

I enjoyed the experience here. The service is the best. Staffs are attentive, polite and smiley. Food selections are by far the best. Especially if you love Thai food and snacks. This is going to be my go to lounge when I fly to Bangkok next.

Response from the operator: Dear Client101plus, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that the Miracle Lounge has become your 'go-to' spot when flying through Bangkok. It is great to know that you enjoyed our Thai food selections and snacks—we take a lot of pride in offering an authentic taste of Thailand before our guests depart. I will certainly share your kind words about our attentive and 'smiley' staff with the team; they will be so happy to hear they made your experience the best. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip! Best regards, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

Nice quiet lounge with good selections of food, and drinks.

A relatively small lounge located on the 2nd floor. Priority app has detailed and accurate location and direction. Since its inside the newly extended airport building so not very busy at the time of our visit. Clean, quiet, offers a decent amount of food, fruits and drinks including alcohol. Nice airport view when look over the open area . Not much of services. Mainly help yourself on all things. Onsite Restrooms, spacious, clean with large dressing mirrors. Do recommend!

Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for the detailed recommendation! We are so glad you enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the clean, spacious facilities at our Miracle Lounge on the 2nd floor. It is great to hear that you found the Priority App directions accurate—navigating the newly extended terminal can be tricky, so we are pleased it was a smooth process for you. We also take great pride in our onsite restrooms and dressing areas, as we know how important it is to feel refreshed before a long flight! While this specific lounge is designed as a 'self-service' oasis for a quick and convenient bite, we are happy you enjoyed the selection of food, drinks, and that lovely airport view. We look forward to welcoming you back the next time you fly through Suvarnabhumi! Best regards, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

    Total crap

I’ve never been in such a bad lounge. Literally save your money and buy a sandwich from subway. I didn’t know that Thailand could make such bad food either. Unreal They are limit fraudulent even charging money for this.

Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. That said, we are a little surprised that none of these concerns were raised with the lounge staff at the time. Had you mentioned your dissatisfaction, they would have been able to assist you immediately. It’s important to note that there are multiple Miracle Lounges (over 10) throughout the airport, and guests are welcome to use an alternative lounge if one location does not suit their preferences. Raising issues on the spot allows staff the opportunity to resolve them, whether that’s suggesting another lounge, addressing food concerns, or improving comfort during your visit. Unfortunately, without any feedback given at the time, there was no opportunity to assist you. We do appreciate all feedback, but we strongly encourage guests in the future to speak with lounge staff directly so solutions can be offered immediately. Kind regards, Paul

Okay but not up to the standard of a regular first class lounge experience.

I paid serious money to enjoy a first class lounge experience but this wasn’t it. After showing my printed voucher via Traveloja at the front desk and getting quizzical looks, I was finally ushered through. This being 7:15pm, I was expecting a buffet of enticing dinner food, and all I saw was a stand of cakes, processed breakfast cereals and tired looking sandwiches. The lounge chairs are a bit dirty and need reupholstering. Staff need a bit more training in customer service - it was only after I asked if this was the complete offerings, was I pointed in the direction down a corridor to where the hot food was. Okay offerings but wish that this had been pointed out at reception because it was not apparent and is already downed a couple of sugary cakes before learning that more was on offer. Hint to staff: Explain what’s on offer at check in and where to find it. Tired travellers don’t have the energy to go looking.

Response from the operator: Dear Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your visit to the Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounge. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we sincerely appreciate your honest comments. We apologize for the confusion during check-in and for any lack of communication about the available dining options. Your suggestion to better explain the lounge layout and food offerings upon arrival is extremely helpful, and we’ll be sharing it with the management team for immediate improvement. We also note your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the seating area and the overall service quality, which will be reviewed carefully with our staff to enhance the guest experience. For future visits, please do let our team know right away if something isn’t to your satisfaction — we noticed that nothing was mentioned to our staff at the time, and they would have been more than happy to assist or resolve any issue on the spot. We truly regret that your visit didn’t reflect the premium experience we strive to deliver, and we appreciate your valuable feedback to help us improve. Warm regards, Paul

    A Comfortable Oasis Before Takeoff

This is easily one of the best airport lounges I’ve visited. Spacious, quiet, and never overcrowded, it offers a truly relaxing atmosphere before a flight. The food and drinks are delicious with plenty of variety, and the hot shower facilities are a big plus. Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, the lounge provides ample space to rest and recharge — the perfect spot to unwind while traveling.

Response from the operator: Dear KamilKL1, Thank you so much for your wonderful review of the Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges! ✨ We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the spacious and peaceful atmosphere, as well as the variety of food, drinks, and shower facilities. Providing a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space for travelers to recharge before their flight is exactly what we strive for. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Thanks, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges – Relax Before You Fly: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bangkok.

How much does Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges – Relax Before You Fly cost?

    +

Prices start at $39 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bangkok usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges – Relax Before You Fly take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bangkok is not rushed.

Is Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges – Relax Before You Fly worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 34 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Bangkok, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges – Relax Before You Fly?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges – Relax Before You Fly suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges – Relax Before You Fly?

    +

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bangkok can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bangkok and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Miracle Bangkok Airport Lounges – Relax Before You Fly start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bangkok within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Bangkok?

    +

On Outty we rank every Bangkok experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bangkok Backstreets Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Old Siam Bangkok Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Tingly Thai Cooking Class with Morning Market Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Bangkok?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Bangkok?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
