Mindo Experience

Giovanny spent the day touring me around the Mindo cloud forest. The experience included a trip to the hummingbird sanctuary where you get up close with the hummingbirds. We then went to the butterfly sanctuary in Mindo. Very cool to see all of the butterflies in a safe environment. We did a hike to the waterfall in the cloud forest and caught the cable car back. Our day ended with a yummy lunch in a local cafe and a trip to the chocolate factory. I really enjoyed the day.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you had such an enjoyable day exploring the Mindo Cloud Forest with Giovanny. The hummingbird sanctuary, butterfly garden, waterfalls, and cable car ride truly make for a magical adventure in nature. We’re also glad you enjoyed the local lunch and the visit to the chocolate factory — a perfect way to end the day! Thank you again for your kind words. We hope to welcome you back soon for another unforgettable experience in Ecuador! 🌿🦋🍫

Amazing hummingbird experience

We had just returned from an 8 day trip in the Galapagos and hed arranged a half day trip with Frank. He was very informative about the city, and the different ecosystems you traverse going to Mindo. We stopped at a small farm to see hummingbirds close up. I took a video of them eating out of my wife's hand. It was the kind of place no one would expect to see. He suggested a great restaurant for lunch which we enjoyed. My wife commented that this was as good as everything we saw in Galapagos. Frank has an excellent historical perspective and a great personality. Would not hesitate to book with him again.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for sharing your experience! We’re very glad you enjoyed the half-day tour with Frank and discovered such special places like the hummingbird farm. We’re happy you enjoyed the meal and the personalized attention Frank provides. It will be a pleasure to welcome you again on your next visit. Thank you for trusting Four Worlds! — Four Worlds Team
