One of the first sights you will encounter on arrival in Fiordland National Park is Mt Tutoko, at over 8,900ft / 2,700meters it is Fiordland's highest peak. There are two main glaciers to view here, the Donne and the Age.

The flight to/from is better than the milford sound cruise itself (and the cruise was excellent). Air Milford run a tight ship. Shuttle to the air field to/from hotel. Flight to/from milford sound. Bus to/from the ship. All of it smooth and without a hitch - simply incredible. I got to sit copilot for the flight over, and it was one the coolest things I've ever experienced. Our pilot was clearly well experienced. The views were immaculate. Between you and me, they could charge double and it would still be worth it.

Amazing views and experience!
We had the greatest trip being a family of 8 some were nervous flyers! But our amazing pilot Corey really went above and beyond making sure we all had the best most well informed flight over the alps! He was so helpful and courteous we really enjoyed both flights and the Milford sound cruise!
