Joyful ride
It was a great experience. Both Jeremias at the front desk and Mike, who flew the chopper, were very nice. The flight itself was excellent. I flew with my father because I wanted him to reminisce about his younger days. It was exactly what we expected: a very smooth ride with beautiful views.

Awesome Tour
Pilot was brilliant. Knowledgeable about the areas he showed us. Even saw some marine life from up high. Overall great tour.

Didn't get to go
We never got to go. We scheduled a flight for March 5th at 1pm. On the 3rd we received an email saying due to mandatory maintenance we would have to reschedule and were given some dates and times. We rescheduled for March 6th at 3pm. At 10:15 on March 6th we received an email saying our time was no longer available and we could do 7pm or 7:30pm, this was not an option. Asked for a refund, which a quick email reply said a refund has been requested. This was very disappointing as this was the one thing we really wanted to do and were looking forward to.

Fantastic flight. Flew at night and it was dazzling. The Harbor, the city and South Brach came alive. Great pilot with tons of knowledge.
