Great tour! Great ballpark. Probably better to not use viator.

Great tour on a non game day. They told us a lot of the areas are restricted when they do a tour on the same day as a game. Easier to just buy the tickets from the Marlins website directly. I bought the tickets from viator and the tour guide had me in their system but I could never access the QR code for them to scan me in. I checked the MLB ballpark app as well as the viator app and all it would do was download a pdf that looked like a receipt. There were no barcodes or QR codes on the download.

Response from the operator: Hello Colin, We are glad to hear that you had and enjoyable experience on the stadium tour! Our team appreciates you sharing your concern with your email registration issue, preventing QR code access. This issue has already been flagged with the Ballpark App, who has committed to resolving the issue to prevent any future cases. MyTicketPro looks forward to providing you with ticket access to any future events. Thank you and have a great day!

    I think they should have...

I think they should have somebody outside to guide you so you know where to go for the beginning of the tour.

Response from the operator: Hello, We are glad to see that you enjoyed your experience. We will pass your feedback along to the stadium tours team. We look forward to providing you with access to tickets for upcoming games and tours as well. Have a great day!

    Fantastic tour

My tour guide was Anthony and he was amazing. I signed up at the last minute and he made accommodations to give me a personal tour even though that time frame had already started. He was very knowledgeable and it was a great experience. The ball park is top notch too. Great experience!

Response from the operator: Hello Eric, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that your guide provided an excellent experience. Thanks again for your feedback—it truly means a lot to us. We hope to help you get to another great experience soon! Warm regards,

Miami Marlins Behind-the-Scenes Tour of LoanDepot Park: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.

How much does Miami Marlins Behind-the-Scenes Tour of LoanDepot Park cost?

    +

Prices start at $21 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Miami Marlins Behind-the-Scenes Tour of LoanDepot Park take?

    +

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.

Is Miami Marlins Behind-the-Scenes Tour of LoanDepot Park worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Miami Marlins Behind-the-Scenes Tour of LoanDepot Park?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Miami Marlins Behind-the-Scenes Tour of LoanDepot Park suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Miami Marlins Behind-the-Scenes Tour of LoanDepot Park?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Miami Marlins Behind-the-Scenes Tour of LoanDepot Park start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Miami?

    +

Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Miami?

    +

November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Miami?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
