    The drivers and guides...

The drivers and guides were fine. The buses got us there but seemed to be nearing end of life. We have been on other everglades trips and this trip had the least actual wildlife viewing.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the drivers and guides to be helpful during your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the bus condition and wildlife viewing did not meet your expectations. Wildlife sightings in the Everglades can vary day by day, as animals are in their natural habitat and not guaranteed on any given tour. Regarding the buses, we appreciate your comments and will share them with our operations team as we continuously work to improve our fleet and overall experience. Thank you for joining us, and we appreciate your input. Best regards, Attractions4us Team

    Very disorgainsed service

The information related to us from the tour organisers was very muddled and confusing. The 3 parts to the trip were not orgainsed by the same tour operator and this was not made know to us until we checked in for the first part of the trip. The second part, bus tour, was leaving originally at 2pm and this was confirmed in an email and text and we had to get on this 2pm bus to ensure we reached the boat tour. When we checked in for the first part they stated we will be moved onto the 3pm Bus Tour as their will be no 2pm Bus. When we explained our predicament they stated it was not their problem as the boat tour was booked with a different tour operator. We then had over 3 hours of contacting the owner of the boat tour to get things rearranged, not relaxing, for a vacation.

Response from the operator: We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially while on vacation. This combination tour involves multiple operators, and while each component is scheduled in coordination, changes in one part can unfortunately impact the others. That said, this should be clearly communicated in advance, and you should not have been left to manage the coordination on your own. We also regret the confusion around the bus departure time and the lack of support you received when trying to resolve the issue. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is very important, and we will be reviewing this with all partners involved to improve communication and coordination moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Miami Full-Day Combo: Cruise + Everglades + Double Decker: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.

How much does Miami Full-Day Combo: Cruise + Everglades + Double Decker cost?

    +

Prices start at $20 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Miami Full-Day Combo: Cruise + Everglades + Double Decker take?

    +

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.

Is Miami Full-Day Combo: Cruise + Everglades + Double Decker worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Miami Full-Day Combo: Cruise + Everglades + Double Decker?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Miami Full-Day Combo: Cruise + Everglades + Double Decker suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Miami Full-Day Combo: Cruise + Everglades + Double Decker?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Miami Full-Day Combo: Cruise + Everglades + Double Decker start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Miami?

    +

Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Miami?

    +

November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Miami?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
