The best water experience I have done so far
This is the best excursion I have ever been, since the beginning of the tour the music sets you in the mood, then we arrive at the water sports space, they had two big floating mats and the warm water and the sun was peeerfect, then was time for jet ski I prefer to be a passenger because I was scared but my friend decided to drive one herself and she did it, the speed and the waves and the turns with Downtown view is just perfect, after this was time for banana boat, this is my first time doing it and I cant wait to do it again, we fall of the banana jajajaja is the best. After this, drinking unlimited beer and partying in the water, then they give us a ride around the mansions and on top of that we came back with sunset view of the city, all this included in one prince, is just perfect, 100% recommended
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing review! 🙌 We're so happy to hear this was the best excursion you've ever been on. From the moment the music starts to the jet ski rides, floating mats, banana boat fun, and unlimited drinks—it’s everything we aim for on our Miami party boat experience. We love that you got to enjoy the watersports, the Downtown views, and that unforgettable sunset. Come back soon for another ride!

By far the best experience!!!
OMG! where do I start of, I have been in Miami in three different ocasions and I always do different excursions, this was the best experience I had in Miami by far! My husband and I were looking to do something adventurous and we hit the jackpot with them, they had jet skis, banana boat and party boat all in one, they treated us like family and we felt super comfortable with them, if you are coming to Miami this is 100% recommend it.

Poor service delivery and communication
Poor communication and service delivery On the 17th of April 2024, my son was so excited and looking forward to doing the 3 hour excursion (4pm-7pm) particularly the jet ski! We put the meeting address in the GPS. On arrival, the address had many companies on it, so we went from pier 3, to pier 5 asking for this company. Defeated, we then texted Viator on the app and they told us it was power 1. This should have been communicated way before so that we would waste 30 min looking for the meeting place. We were there at 345pm. We waited, at 4 pm, no sign of anyone, 410pm, no one. Then, we texted Viator to provide us with the tour operator phone number. It came via text a while later. Around 430 we called the tour operator and he said the boat broke down with the last tour! We were sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for a broke down boat and no one cared to call us earlier to inform us. We wasted time, paid parking all for nothing!! My son was so sad well that’s life so the tour operator rebooked the tour for the next day. Again they were late, the tour started around 440pm, no explanation no excuse! We went to the boat, my son has so much fun! However for parents out there be warmed this boat was not family friendly. Most of the patrons were smoking weed, cigarettes, vaping etc. there was nowhere to hide. I asked one person what l was smoking from his second hand smoke flooding my face. The young girls once drunk a little started twirling which was very sexually in nature and not appropriate at all for children below 18. I informed the tour operator and he said there is now way of telling who is gonna smoke and twirl. Fair enough but put a sign on some boat tours that smoking and twirking is not allowed in respects of families with kids. Some adult only boats you can allow. In addition because of timing ( given that the tour started way late) l was denied a chance to jet skii. I informed the tour operator and the reply was, “l am sorry you did not have a chance to her do”, thank you for your business. Mind you l paid over 200$ to jet skii, banana boat and play in the ocean but mostly jet skiing, but only to get l am sorry we did not let you and thank you for your business. I am hoping that they will be on time in the future so there are no more victims of “ l am sorry we did not let you next skii because of time ” with their money gone and partly service delivery
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely regret that your tour didn’t meet your expectations, that is never the experience we aim to provide. We’d like to clarify a few important points: Our meeting point is clearly detailed in the tour description on Viator, including directions to the marina and a specific mention that we are located at Pier 1, with guidance to walk all the way to the left when facing the boats. We're sorry for any confusion and always encourage guests to review this information beforehand, as the marina is shared by several companies. Unfortunately, just before your scheduled tour, we experienced an unexpected mechanical issue with the boat. While we strive to communicate as quickly as possible, the situation developed moments before your tour time, and we hadn’t yet had the chance to notify all guests. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we sincerely apologize. As soon as you reached out, our 24-hour customer support team responded and offered two options: a full refund or a rescheduled tour. You initially accepted the refund, and we immediately issued a 100% refund, no questions asked. You then changed your mind and opted to join the tour the following day. Although we were already sold out, we went out of our way to open space for your group and offered a discount as a goodwill gesture. As for the atmosphere onboard, while we do everything possible to maintain a respectful environment, this is not a private tour. We cannot always control the behavior of every guest. However, smoking (nor drugs) is not allowed, and our crew is trained to immediately address any such behavior when it's brought to their attention. Following your feedback, we have adjusted our policies and no longer allow children on weekend tours, as those tend to attract a more festive adult crowd. Weekday tours are better suited for families and offer a more relaxed vibe, while still delivering the same experience. We genuinely value all feedback and use it as an opportunity to grow. While not every experience goes as planned, our commitment to improving never stops. We appreciate your comments and want you to know that we’re working every day to make sure our communication, service, and overall experience are the best they can be — for every guest, every time.

Why this scores 55
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Miami Catamaran Excursion with Jet Skis & Banana Tube: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.
How much does Miami Catamaran Excursion with Jet Skis & Banana Tube cost?
+
Prices start at $181 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Miami Catamaran Excursion with Jet Skis & Banana Tube take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.
Is Miami Catamaran Excursion with Jet Skis & Banana Tube worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Miami Catamaran Excursion with Jet Skis & Banana Tube?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Miami Catamaran Excursion with Jet Skis & Banana Tube suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Miami Catamaran Excursion with Jet Skis & Banana Tube?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Miami Catamaran Excursion with Jet Skis & Banana Tube start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Miami?
+
Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Miami?
+
November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Miami?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
