Everglades good,...
Everglades good, alligator park was good, Biscayne Bay tour never happened due to bus driver never mentioning when or where to get off. Tour information had no mention either. Multiple people left on the bus that were as confused as we were. Told last stop and had to walk 1.9 miles to hotel. Request 1/3 credit for missing the third tour and only got half that. Pretty irritated.
Response from the operator: Good afternoon Mike, Thank you for feedback in regards to your tour. I had spoken to my team and made them make sure they are extremely clear when announcing stops so everyone would know where to go and any other information they may need to know if they have a combo tour. I know we had processed a refund for the Biscayne Bay Portion of the tour. Once again thank you so much for your feedback and hope you have a wonderful afternoon into evening.

Everglades ok, but could be better organized
It was a nice try to see crocodolis in the free nature. Unfortunately I did not see one. But this is nature. Pick up point was not really clear signed because there are many others with kiosks, but not gray lines. The driver was hard to understand because he mumbled, so I had to ask him again for my ongoing boat tour.
Response from the operator: Good afternoon Guido_B, Thank you so much for your feedback regarding. your tour with us. I will have a crew meeting with my staff to make sure everyone understands where everyone needs to go for there are so many guest doing different things. If you may please call the office so i can get your reservation number and look into it and see what instructions was given to you, i just would love to know so i can have the opportunity to make sure it does not happen again. One again that you so much for your feedback.

A bit too hectic at the holiday park and a better restaurant as well as childrens playground to spread the crowds out would have been great. Also a bit more information on the wetland ecology/birdlife etc would be great. OverLl though a great and worthwhile tour

Memorable
Had difficult time with Island Queen staff at their ticket booth accepting the ticket provided by Graylines bus driver. Had to get their supervisor help. Evidently name not listed under Graylines. Listed under KWE Key West Express. Bus was late so had to get 4 pm cruise since 3pm cruise full and closed. The cruise was good when finally left. Best part of the combo tour was the airboat at Everglades. Difficult to order food art Everglades park since was overcrowded with long waits and had to be back on bus at specific time.

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Miami and Everglades Adventure: Airboat & Bay Cruise Combo: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.
How much does Miami and Everglades Adventure: Airboat & Bay Cruise Combo cost?
+
Prices start at $5 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Miami and Everglades Adventure: Airboat & Bay Cruise Combo take?
+
Plan for about 6.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.
Is Miami and Everglades Adventure: Airboat & Bay Cruise Combo worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 356 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Miami and Everglades Adventure: Airboat & Bay Cruise Combo?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Miami and Everglades Adventure: Airboat & Bay Cruise Combo suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Miami and Everglades Adventure: Airboat & Bay Cruise Combo?
+
Around 125 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 6.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Miami and Everglades Adventure: Airboat & Bay Cruise Combo start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Miami?
+
Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Miami?
+
November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Miami?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
