Late Arrival

Need more of a guide...
Need more of a guide coming into the city for the first time. Also needed better directions to the hotel since the driver dropped us off 4 blocks from the hotel.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are very sorry that the directions upon arrival to the city and the shuttle service did not meet your expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will be sure to review these details to improve the experience for our future passengers. We appreciate your constructive feedback and look forward to providing you with more efficient and comprehensive service on your next visit. We would love the opportunity to serve you again. Thank you for your understanding and patience. 😊

Mexico City
My experience of the pick up from the Mexico City Airport was smooth but what I did not like was the 3 rented 3 rides due to my group size. I was the last one to take off from the airport to be dropped off at the hotel. Not sure why the drive took a route through a market that stretched for blocks. We had people banging the van, scraping the van, people stand in the way. This was not a pleasant route to take. The return from the hotel to the airport was a better experience and the driver was friendly.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to know that the pickup at Mexico City Airport was smooth and that the return to the airport was better. We are very sorry that the journey to the hotel was not comfortable and that the route passed through an area that was not to your liking. We apologize for this inconvenience and assure you that we will take your comments into account to improve our routes and services, ensuring a more pleasant experience for all our passengers. We also regret the delay in responding to your review and apologize for it. We greatly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the pleasure of serving you again in the future, providing you with an even better experience. Thank you for choosing us! 😊

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Mexico City Private Airport Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mexico City.
How much does Mexico City Private Airport Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $10 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mexico City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Mexico City Private Airport Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mexico City is not rushed.
Is Mexico City Private Airport Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.4/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mexico City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Mexico City Private Airport Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Mexico City Private Airport Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Mexico City Private Airport Transfer?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mexico City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mexico City and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Mexico City Private Airport Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mexico City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mexico City?
+
On Outty we rank every Mexico City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Frida Kahlo VIP [Museum Tickets Included] Walk, Markets & Churros, Local Foodie Adventure CDMX: Tacos & more with Sherpa Food Tours, Mexico City Historical Centre Food Tour with 7 Tastings & Drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mexico City?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mexico City?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
