Wonderful experience, Melbourne from the sky
We had a very wonderful morning! loved it. And wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Global Ballooning Australia to anyone who wants to fly in a hot air balloon whenever the inspiration takes them! That was so great Kiff, Jason, George and Pat and Scarlett and the other balloon captains and crews who flew this morning over Melbourne. The commitment, professionalism and experience of Kiff and his teams are evident, it’s a well run ship; balloon! Also what an experience to have, being out in the open air and flying inside a cloud, riding where the wind takes us. I couldn’t have imagined what that would feel like until I experienced it! The safety guidance was clear and the smoothest landing imaginable we were so well looked after. Helping with inflating the balloon, seeing how it all works, for those who of us who were able to, was also a fascinating part of the whole experience. It was easy to be curious about …what would it have been like for the very first adventurous aviators who developed flying in a hot air balloon before any of the aircraft we may take for granted today! Arwen especially, and everyone in the office who assisted with our booking, questions and planning, thank you too, so much, for supporting us with changes to our flight date, info about weather conditions and helping me to organise this for a special birthday in our family, just so great! Would fly with Global Ballooning Australia anytime! Recommend.

Wow - what an experience!! Highly recommend. Pato and the entire Global Ballooning team were fantastic from start to finish. We had an amazing morning seeing Melbourne from the sky - a once in a lifetime experience. Pato ensured safety was paramount but also that everyone onboard enjoyed the flight. I’d recommend taking a cap / hat to protect the top of your head - it gets pretty hot under the flame (it’s a HOT air balloon after all!) Thank you Pato & the entire team for such a wonderful experience!
