So glad I went!
Shahda Yoga is an absolute gem of a place and I’m so glad I went. I signed up for yoga and mediation through WhatsApp and Era was able teach me so much that I will be able to take with me wherever, forever. She curated the yoga through her years of practice, knowledge, and self-reflection. I’ve been practicing for over 10 years and learned so much in one session with her than I have this past year. I highly recommend you come with an open heart and an open mind and you’ll see what you’ve been missing in your practice!
Response from the operator: Thank you Elbert from my heart for sharing this beautiful reflection. It brings me so much joy to know that after your many years of practice, our time together at Shahda Yoga Samui offered you new insights and perspectives to carry forward. Every class here is curated through the lens of Eranur Shahda Signature Techniques (Shahda Yoga Sustainable Practice Techniques) — born from over a decade of study, self-practice, direct teaching experience and dedication to honoring the body’s natural design. These techniques are designed to enhance and deepen all styles of practice — including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Iyengar, Power Yoga, and even contemporary modalities like Pilates and functional movement training. Whatever your background, they bring clarity, sustainability, and refinement to the way you inhabit each posture and transition. I am grateful you arrived with openness, because it is in that spirit that the deeper layers of yoga can be experienced. May your journey continue to unfold with strength, clarity, and presence — and know you are always welcome back in our Fisherman’s Village studio, or to join one of my continuing education programs for a deeper dive. With gratitude and light, Eranur Shahda Founder, Shahda Yoga

Fav yoga experience
This was the best yoga class I've ever taken. The teacher, Era, is so lovely and authentic—she teaches with knowledge and confidence. She helped me find my balance and position my body correctly. After meditation and yoga, she gave me great tips for everyday life and explained interesting facts about the body and health. I enjoyed a really delicious, healthy included breakfast, and I love the smoothies and drinks. Try the Glow Drink, it tastes heavenly! :) The hotel and the café next door are so beautiful, and I took a lovely refreshment in the pool afterward. I highly recommend a stay here and yoga!
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experiences and kind words with me at Shahda Yoga in Fisherman's Village. Keep up the practice and see you on the mat again soon! Wishing you lightness and peace always :)

Glad for the experience
Era is very professional and will correct postures/positioning to ensure your safety with a kind disposition. Throughout our yoga session both my husband and myself felt very supported and Era instructed as per our competence levels. Breakfast bowel was scrumptious and swim after relaxing. Restaurant staff also very friendly.
Response from the operator: Thank you Leah for sharing yours and Darren's experiences practising with me at our cute Fisherman's Village Shahda Yoga Studio & Retreat. Hope there was some techniques to inspire your practice. All the best, Era xx

Amazing yoga experience
The yoga lesson was amazing! The teacher was very competent and such a lovely person! We got also welcomed greatly from his husband who explained to us the concept of their hotel and prepared a wonderful organic breakfast for us (included in the package). Really highly recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you Federica and Gabrielle for sharing your experience with us at Shahda Yoga and breakfast at Greenlight Cafe! You both brought such good vibes to the sessions and we hope to see you again in Samui someday soon! Keep up the practice, Era xx

The best out of the books experience in Samui
It was a very wholesome experience, something I have been wanting to do for some time and I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better trainer than Era. She opened my eyes and showed me how to create space between my thoughts and myself through meditation. During the yoga part of the session, it was as personalised as it could have been. She paid attention to my strengths and weaknesses and curated the session accordingly. She told me how to get better. Overall, it was an experience i would want to do on a regular basis here, but unfortunately I’m leaving the island. The place, the resort were 10/10 and Era was an amazing trainer. The tasty smoothie bowl was just the icing on the cake that I needed. Shoutout to Patrick for keeping me company and for the eye opening conversations. I’d love to be back.
Response from the operator: Dear Anurag thank you so much for sharing your experiences in Samui with us and for your kind words! We look forward to welcoming you back some day soon! Keep up the practice, Era xx

Meditation & Yoga with Era with Smoothie Bowl & Swim by the Pool: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Koh Samui.
How much does Meditation & Yoga with Era with Smoothie Bowl & Swim by the Pool cost?
+
Prices start at $2000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Koh Samui usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Meditation & Yoga with Era with Smoothie Bowl & Swim by the Pool take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Koh Samui is not rushed.
Is Meditation & Yoga with Era with Smoothie Bowl & Swim by the Pool worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 45 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Koh Samui, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Meditation & Yoga with Era with Smoothie Bowl & Swim by the Pool?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Meditation & Yoga with Era with Smoothie Bowl & Swim by the Pool suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Meditation & Yoga with Era with Smoothie Bowl & Swim by the Pool?
+
Around 16 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Koh Samui can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Koh Samui and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Meditation & Yoga with Era with Smoothie Bowl & Swim by the Pool start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Koh Samui within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Koh Samui?
+
On Outty we rank every Koh Samui experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angthong National Marine Park VIP Small Group Tour, Cooking Class in Koh Samui with Micro Organic Garden, Half Day Elephant Home Sanctuary in Samui. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Koh Samui?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Koh Samui?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
