Unreliable & Unprofessional
To start a vacation with frustration is unacceptable!! There was no rep at counter and driver never showed up. They refused a partial refund. There are too many other companies to choose from. There is no need to make the mistake we made when we PRE PAID our reservation with this company!

Taxi Service Sucked but Sher was AWESOME
We got off the plane and customs took a while to clear so we missed the original pick up time but madame Sher really made us feel welcomed and taken care of! She was able to arrange another car to send us to the hotel and her energy was just so wholesome. The service was horrible tho (the taxi service not Sher), they never picked us up when we were leaving for the airport and I was still charged. Regardless, Sher is the only reason why I’m putting in a review because she is fantastic! Thank you Sher :)

Great service
Really don’t know what happened to my original transfer company Jamaica. Whom never contacted me. Therefore, I’m in a strange country stuck at the airport for hours. Until Sherine saw me and asked if I needed help. She provided me with a car immediately. The driver took me to the resort and transferred me back to the airport after my stay.

Wonderful amazing service!
On our trip to Jamaica our transportation from airport to hotel was phenomenal! The gentleman and especially the two young ladies Shar and Tasha were pleasant respectful very helpful. I found new friends in Jamaica due to MBJ transfer! ❤️

The best one so far
I was skeptical about booking with this company, but I have to say they are the best hands down. Upon arrival at the airport, I was politely greeted and we went on our way to my hotel. The driver was very nice, professional, and informative. He also went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with everything before he left. This was the best so far and I will book again.
