    Liked!

Liked it! I thought the arena and ring were professional and clean. Video and bios of the fighters were good. I wish it had been more than three fights. As a very traditional martial artist, I enjoyed the information prior to fights. Yes, the last fight ended quick but thats how fights can work. I really liked it.

Response from the operator: Dear Jym Thank you for your great review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Max Muay Thai experience and appreciated the professional setup, fighter introductions, and the traditional elements of the sport. While the number and length of matches can vary—especially with quick knockouts—we’re glad the overall experience left a positive impression. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another exciting night of Muay Thai in the future! Kind regards, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

    Not worth the money

Paid 1’500 baht each to watch just over one hour of Muay Thai boxing, the fights were okay but nothing special, if you want to watch some real Muay Thai boxing personally I’d say go to Bangkok don’t waste your money in Pattaya

Response from the operator: Hi Wayne, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear that the show didn’t meet your expectations. While Max Muay Thai in Pattaya is designed to be a high-energy entertainment experience with real fighters, we understand that some guests may prefer the traditional stadium-style fights found in Bangkok. Your feedback is valuable and helps future visitors choose the experience that best suits what they’re looking for. We appreciate you taking the time to review and hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Thailand. Thanks, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

It was excelent fighting with two out of three bouts someone had to be helped out of the ring. Good fighters and fighting !

Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the excitement and intensity of the Max Muay Thai show. The fighters always give their best, and it’s great to know the bouts made a strong impression. Book direct

We enjoyed the fights but it was unnecessary to pay extra to book through Viator. We did get ringside seats but all seats in the arena are good seats. Experience didn’t include transport to/from hotel and no one met us at the arena. We could’ve saved money and booked directly with the arena. Also, I reached out to the tour operator prior to the event to ask what time we should arrive. I was told that fights start at 7 and to get there by 6:45. In truth, fights start at 7:45 so we had to sit around around a hour with nothing to do.

Response from the operator: Hi Jill, Thank you for sharing your experience at Max Muay Thai Boxing in Pattaya. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the fights and found the seating to be good throughout the arena. However, we regret to inform you that booking direct is cheaper, in fact its not. Its easy to compare this. Also we have never advertised that transfers are included. We hope you had a wonderful trip overall and look forward to the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best regards, Paul

    Solo female

This was my first experience with Muay Thai and I enjoyed it. I happened to be put in the front row, less than a meter from the fighting. The process of getting the ticket was single and staff guided well. I got there early and really didn’t have to the meet time is the get there early time.

Response from the operator: Dear roseeF9, Thank you for sharing your experience at Max Muay Thai Boxing Pattaya! We’re delighted to hear that your first Muay Thai experience was an enjoyable one and that you had an up-close view of the action from the front row—what an exciting way to watch the fights! We’re also glad that the ticketing process was smooth and that our staff provided helpful guidance. We appreciate your feedback about the meet time and will look into how we can make it clearer for future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another thrilling night of Muay Thai in the future! Max Muay Thai: The Ultimate Pattaya Boxing Showdown: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Pattaya.

How much does Max Muay Thai: The Ultimate Pattaya Boxing Showdown cost?

    +

Prices start at $71 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Pattaya usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Max Muay Thai: The Ultimate Pattaya Boxing Showdown take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Pattaya is not rushed.

Is Max Muay Thai: The Ultimate Pattaya Boxing Showdown worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Pattaya, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Max Muay Thai: The Ultimate Pattaya Boxing Showdown?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Max Muay Thai: The Ultimate Pattaya Boxing Showdown suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Max Muay Thai: The Ultimate Pattaya Boxing Showdown?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Pattaya can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Pattaya and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Max Muay Thai: The Ultimate Pattaya Boxing Showdown start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Pattaya within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Pattaya?

    +

On Outty we rank every Pattaya experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pattaya Full-Day 3 Tropical Island tour Snorkeling Cruise Buffet, Elephant Jungle Sanctuary: Half Day Morning Program, Beginner Rider Tour Pattaya 28km ATV or Buggy Adventure. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Pattaya?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Pattaya?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
