The Most Perfect Proposal Setting
I was beyond nervous planning this proposal, but the team made everything feel so easy and natural. They kept the mood light, helped me relax, and guided us to a stunning spot where the balloons filled the sky behind us. It honestly felt unreal. They handled every detail so smoothly even capturing the moment perfectly when my hands were shaking! The photos turned out incredible, and we received them quickly, which made it even more special to share with family right away. Average experience overall but follow up of providers was poor
1. I did the proposal in the winter so that there would be snow in the backdrop 1. The guide insisted to do it at sunset when I insisted on doing it at sunrise to capture snowfall from the night before, in the end we did it at 9am and a lot of the snow had melted. 2. The photographer basically just burst photo’d and sent every single one without filtering through for nice ones, eventually sending many shots that look exactly the same, value illusion photography basically. 3. Photographer and guide despite promising 15 edited photos were extremely unresponsive with no follow up and in the end I didn’t even receive the promised 15 edited photos and even told me off for following up multiple times for the deliverables. I found the overall experience and knowledge of the service providers lacking and would not pay this same price for it. While the overall experience went through okay the deliverables and attitude of the personnel lacked in the end.
Response from the operator: 1-firstly, we CAN change the timing but we cannot change the weather. The photoshoot happen at 9:00 because of the weather situation and the guest knew that beforehand that the weather at sunrise is not good for the past 3 days. The balloons were cancelled as well. For the snow, we cannot ask the snow to stay put for the photoshoot and do not melt. That is natural phenomenon. When we went to setup the proposal setup in the valleys, there was no snow to begin with. 2-We took several photos for the same pose to get the best photo out of it. That is what every porfessional photographer does. We took more than 500 photos in total. 3-You Did receive the edited photos and 4K Video Clip of your photoshoot.

Amazing photography!
I came to cappadoccia to marry my girlfriend and I was able to book this kind of last minute when I got here. The day I had scheduled was too windy for the balloons and this agency was wonderful enough to let me reschedule with no issues. The day of the proposal was nothing short of incredible. The set up was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. I was able to capture one of the most important moments in my life at the most beautiful location in the world. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with this booking. Thank you so much and I strongly recommend this to any who is lucky enough to have the chance. 🎈Balloons, Ring, & Nae Hassle
*•_•/* Saved my bacon🫀 Forgot the ring box at the hotel. Huseyin’s assistants drove me BACK, no extra charge Knew a wee cave where balloons looked massive. Photographer had us howlin’ with Burns poetry to get natural smiles. Photos 🖼️ Stunners. Even caught her happy-tears. Would have paid double. ☺️
