Don’t Tour with Menara Travel Agency

Horrible tour! This was supposed to be an English tour and the driver did not speak a word of English and we could not download the English audio guide! We told the driver after 2 minutes to stop and let us out but he didn’t most likely because he didn’t understand our request. We jumped off at the first stop 10 minutes into the tour and took a cab back to our hotel! We should have been concerned when we were asked to move our pickup from 10am to 11:10am claiming a mechanical issue. We now wonder if it was evade they didn’t have an English speaking driver??? Our request for a refund was denied by Menara Travel Agency stating the tour was delivered as advertised! Do NOT book a tour offered by Menara Travel Agency and if you do BUYER BEEARE !

Amazing view point of Marrakech from a tuk tuk!

Amazing seeing Marrakech from the viewpoint of a tuk tuk!! Very nice driver who was a good driver in the chaos. The description and inclusions didn’t match up though. Description indicated a live guide, when in fact was only an audio guide. They were very kind and addressed this concern straight away. We tea enjoyed and we highly recommend!!

Fab experience in Marrakech

Great fun had. Was with my husband and another couple we were travelling with. The audio is interesting but just the experience of going the streets and seeing the sights and at times wondering if your going to fit is an experience all by itself. Highly recommend

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words

Attention Description not absolutely correct

First, the good: 1 hour was observed. Now the trigger: Driver did not speak English. There were no drinks. Value for money goes so ...

Marrakech Tuk Tuk City Tour – Private with Pickup and Drinks: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.

How much does Marrakech Tuk Tuk City Tour – Private with Pickup and Drinks cost?

+

Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Marrakech Tuk Tuk City Tour – Private with Pickup and Drinks take?

+

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.

Is Marrakech Tuk Tuk City Tour – Private with Pickup and Drinks worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Marrakech Tuk Tuk City Tour – Private with Pickup and Drinks?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Marrakech Tuk Tuk City Tour – Private with Pickup and Drinks suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 5. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Marrakech Tuk Tuk City Tour – Private with Pickup and Drinks?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Marrakech Tuk Tuk City Tour – Private with Pickup and Drinks start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Marrakech?

+

On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Marrakech?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Marrakech?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
