Complete Disappointment – Rude Guide & Severe Delays
❌ Complete Disappointment – Do Not Book This Tour! (0/5 Stars) 🚌 Delayed Pickup & False Promises • Extreme Delay: The pickup was 30 minutes late with zero communication or updates, making us think the tour was cancelled altogether. • Misleading Group Size: The tour description promised a maximum of 10 people. Instead, a massive tour bus showed up and filled up completely with around 50 people! • Further Delays: An additional 15-minute delay occurred while picking up the last guests at a hotel. Along with a rest stop, we arrived in Marrakech over an hour late. 🚾 Unprofessional & Rude Tour Guide • Left Behind Without Warning: Right after arriving and stepping off the bus, I asked the guide where the nearest toilet was. He pointed to a cafe across the street. When we returned a few minutes later, the guide and the entire group had vanished without a word! • Panic & Rude Support: In the chaotic crowds of Marrakech, my partner panicked. I contacted the local organizer via WhatsApp. Instead of being helpful, we received a snappy, defensive response in poor English accusing us of not telling the guide—even though wehad explicitly asked him where the toilet was! • Appalling Customer Service: When we finally got the guide’s direct number and called him, he literally said: "There is no time for a toilet break, meeting point is at 17:20," and hung up on us! • Chasing the Group: Only after I called back and suggested sharing his live location via WhatsApp did we manage to track them down. We spent 30 minutes chasing the group and missed nearly half of the guided tour. ⏱️ Ruined Itinerary & Unnecessary Stops • Shortened Time: Due to the severe delays, our promised 6.5 hours in Marrakech was silently cut down to barely 5 hours. • Skipped Sights & Unplanned Sales Pitches: The guide rushed through the streets without stopping for anyone to look around or buy anything at the market. Instead, he led us to an pharmacy/herbalist store that wasn't even on the itinerary to test products, while skipping promised actual highlights. • Free Time Saved the Day: After being rushed into a nearby restaurant, our free time finally started—which was the only part of the day where we could actually enjoy Marrakech at our own pace. 💬 Final Verdict This tour was an absolute disgrace. The massive group size, severe delays, cut time, arbitrary itinerary changes, and above all, the rude, unacceptable attitude of the guide made this an awful experience. If I could award 0 stars, I would. Avoid this tour at all costs!

Marrakech tour
The tour guide was very informative and catered to everyone’s language. It was a very hot day, but he managed to keep us in the shade as much as possible. Marrakech is beautiful.

Good experience but room to improve
Great tour bus fully air-conditioned, which is needed when you cross the dessert in July. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke several languages well. The one thing that was not great is that the tour guide jumps on the bus half way from Agadir to Marrakech. And he gets off it at the same point on the way back. This means that for pickup and drop off you are left with a driver that does not speak any other language than Arabic. Kind fellow, but a challenging experience to get off on the right spot when he cannot explain to you that you are supposed to get on another van that will take you the last mile to your hotel.
