Good tour of marble mountain
Quyen was our guide and spoke really good English. She was informative and very friendly. They took us through Marble Mountain and was amazed at the caves within. Then onto a large Marble factory to see a brief glimpse of how they make the marble statues. Monkey Mountain and the lady Buddha was a sight. We continued on with another guide for the rest of the trip.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much, we are glad you enjoyed our tour. Wishing you all the best and hope to see you again.

Good Night in DaNang
We were picked up from our Hoi An hotel right on time, and were two of six people on this tour. We were driven first to a store that showed the marble being carved and allowed us to purchase items if we wanted. Be aware that the marble here is not from Marble Mountain. After 10 or so minutes here, we were taken to Marble mountain where we climbed up the 200+ steps to the all the amazing sights and caves. After about two hours here, we climbed down from the mountain and were then driven to Monkey Mountain. By this time it was dark and the lights had lit up the giant lady Buddha. We spent another 20mins here before getting taken to a local restaurant for some noodles. After 30-40mins here, we were then taken to the boat station to join the masses of people waiting for a boat. It didn’t take us long to get onto a boat and were then steered out under a few bridges including the rotating bridge and the dragon bridge. We paused on the other side of the dragon bridge awaiting the Saturday night (not sure if it happens other nights) Fire and Water show of the dragon. At 9pm, the head of the dragon breathed fire several times before then hosing water from the head. It’s not an amazing show by any stretch, but it was okay. After the show, the boat took us quickly back to the station from where we grabbed the bus back to the hotel arriving at about 11pm. Quinny, our tour guide was great. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us time to enjoy the sights. In particular, she made sure we boarded a boat quickly and then knew where to stand (up the front of the boat) to see the show.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much. We are glad you enjoyed it. We wish you all the best and hope to see you again.

Why this scores 75
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Marble mountain, Monkey Mountains with Cruise Trip on Han River: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hoi An.
How much does Marble mountain, Monkey Mountains with Cruise Trip on Han River cost?
+
Prices start at $55 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hoi An usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Marble mountain, Monkey Mountains with Cruise Trip on Han River take?
+
Plan for about 7.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hoi An is not rushed.
Is Marble mountain, Monkey Mountains with Cruise Trip on Han River worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 26 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hoi An, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Marble mountain, Monkey Mountains with Cruise Trip on Han River?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Marble mountain, Monkey Mountains with Cruise Trip on Han River suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Marble mountain, Monkey Mountains with Cruise Trip on Han River?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hoi An can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hoi An and add a light layer if any part of the 7.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Marble mountain, Monkey Mountains with Cruise Trip on Han River start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hoi An within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hoi An?
+
On Outty we rank every Hoi An experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include HOI AN Hidden Gems in Rural Villages & River Islands PRIVATE TOUR, Coconut Jungle Eco & Hoi An City Tour With Boat Ride, Cooking Class Hoi An:Local Market, Basket Boat, Fishing & Cooking. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hoi An?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hoi An?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
