AMAZING YET AGAIN
This was my second time coming to Cancun with After Dark. The first time was great, but it was a couple years ago so I didnt know what to expect. I’m so so glad I decided to use them again. The service blew us all away. Kara and Ashley helped plan our whole itinerary. We did a private boat party (WORTH THE $20 EXTRA - TRUST ME) and we also did a 3 night party pass. Ricardo met us at Mandala and The City which were both as amazing as I remembered, then we did the front row bottle service option at Coco Bongo and WOW! Our whole group truly couldn’t have been happier and we will definitely be back!

Terrible experience
I was a member of the party in which the user commented below, and can agree that we were not treated as expected. We asked for an after dark representative at the door and they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. If after dark is so close to the venue, why it take so long to find someone who worked there who knew who they were? We waited for an extended amount of time until they found someone who did know. I find it unprofessional that they state they are "disappointed" in us , who is providing a service to whom?

The review that you wrote below was posted over 5 months ago and we have not heard from you since we resolved the situation with you at the time of service. In the review response below, I stated that I felt disappointed reading the review, as no company wants to hear that their valued guest has something negative to say, especially after a situation had been 100% resolved with the client directly. I feel the same disappointment now, 5 months later, reading your second review. Allow me to clarify that my disappointment was not and is not in you as a client. Customer service/client satisfaction is our number one priority. This experience occurred on New Years Eve 2019, one of the busiest nights of the year in Cancun. As you know, your group arrived close to two hours later than your reservation time indicated. You told us that you did not ask for anyone from After Dark when you arrived at the door because you did not read the instructions that were provided to you. Unfortunately, the details you have written here are very different than what you had originally told us. All venue management and club employees have worked with us for many many years and we are very proud of the working relationships and reputation we have built with our vendors. We stay in close contact with all of them daily to ensure an excellent experience for our guests at each venue we offer. I would like to stress again that the instructions that came with your tickets are extremely important. In the ticket instructions, we include your reserved arrival time with an explanation of what happens to reserved space if you arrive late (it is especially important to follow event instructions on holidays and nights of big events like NYE). We also include your assigned representative’s full name with a breakdown of pronunciation so you know exactly you who you are asking for at the door of the club, as well as an email address and two customer service phone numbers (both local and international) that are linked directly to our representatives with instructions to contact us anytime if you have any questions or issues. Our instructions are outlined for you in great detail to ensure that you have the best night out possible, with all of the bells and whistles that we are known for at After Dark Cancun. I personally explained to you that even though you did not read the instructions provided to you, it was important to us that you had an experience in Cancun that accurately represents our VIP services and I wanted to ensure that you received exactly that. For that reason, I offered you (1) An additional night out during your vacation in Cancun, (2) A discounted future package in either Cancun or Puerto Vallarta and (3) l credited you a partial refund on your tickets. The worst, do not book through AD
We were promised a vip package with service to a private location with tables and to skip tye line. When we got there it took us 25 min to find a representative of after dark. They then signed our papers and threw us into the crowd and said it was open bar. The bar tenders also refused to give us more than one drink without us tipping 50 pesos or more. 4 if we tipped 200. Otherwise they completely ignored us. This completely ruined out night. When we spoke to our representative, they stated that we arrived an hour late and it was our fault we got this treatment. Our restaurant had messed up our reservation and there was no way for us to arrive early. Even still there should be a policy in place for paying customers to not be treated like cattle.

I never have and never would tell a client that their dissatisfaction is their own fault, no matter the circumstance. In fact, I explained to you that even though you did not read the instructions provided to you, it was important to us that you had an experience in Cancun that accurately represents our VIP services and I wanted to ensure that you received it. Because of that, I offered you (1) An additional night out during your vacation in Cancun, (2) A discounted future package in either Cancun or Puerto Vallarta and (3) l credited you a partial refund on your tickets. At the time, you thanked me and seemed satisfied with this resolution. Lastly, I want to point out that with After Dark, you are never forced to tip for service. Open bar and VIP service is included in your package. That said, we do always ask that you tip your waiter for their hard work (how much and how often is completely at your discretion). If you have any issues at any time with a club worker demanding tips, that is a perfect example of what our representatives are there for. We have a long standing close working relationship with every club manager in Cancun, and because of this, they are eager to help. Tam, I want to again state how disappointed I am in the reflection of After Dark you were left with and I hope you will come back and book with us in the future so we can truly show you what we are best known for: our fantastic and attentive VIP service. Excellent VIP Service
The service I received from After Dark Events was excellent the entire time I was in Cancun. We got into every nightclub smoothly with no problems. Ashley was a great host and was available by phone, text and email anytime a day. I will definitely use their service next time I am in Cancun.
