Our first stop is the famous Mirador Es Colomer, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Mallorca. From the Mirador Es Colomer, you will also be able to spot the historic Albercutx Watchtower high above the cliffs of the Formentor Peninsula. Built 380 metres above sea level, this watchtower formed part of Mallorca’s coastal defence system during the 16th and 17th centuries, when pirate attacks were a constant threat around the island.
