    Cat cruise

Was fun - boat was busy. Capacity is up to 145 and we were nearly full but once we got going people spread out. What they don’t tell you is that the front area is reserved and you can’t sit on the nets as advertised in the pictures - it’s an extra 100euro per two people for space at the front! That said we had a great time. Good selection of drinks at the bar and the lunch was great, staff friendly. A great day out and reasonably priced.

Response from the operator: Hi Charlotte_H ⛵🌊☀️ Thank you for sharing your experience on the Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip. We’re delighted to hear you had a great time overall — with a tasty lunch, friendly staff, and plenty of space to enjoy once the cruise got underway. You’re right that the catamaran can welcome up to 145 guests, and on fuller days it spreads out once sailing begins. As for the nets at the front: these are part of a VIP area offered with an additional charge, which is why they are reserved. We always recommend checking this detail in advance so there are no surprises. At Nofrills Excursions, experts in excursions in Mallorca for over 20 years, we’re proud to offer well-organised boat trips with great service, stunning swim stops, and good value. We’re happy you still found it a fun and reasonably priced day out, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another adventure at sea! 🌴✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team

    Lovely experience

Clean boat and good selection of food, plenty! The drinks were a bit expensive but hey, we’re on a boat!

Response from the operator: Hi Oana_G ⛵🌞💦 Thank you for your lovely review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip, with a clean boat, great food selection, and plenty to enjoy on board. It’s true that drinks on a boat can be a little pricier, but we’re glad it didn’t take away from your overall positive experience. Perfect morning catamaran cruise!

This catamaran tour was exactly what we wanted it to be! The lunch options were numerous and actually quite tasty! The locations where we had stopped and swam were breathtaking and very enjoyable! Note, you are not given a life jacket, and the water was choppy! If you are not confident in your ability to tread water, consider bringing a life jacket.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much, Kate, for your lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear that the catamaran cruise met your expectations and that you enjoyed the delicious lunch, stunning swim stops, and the overall experience. It’s always rewarding to know our guests had a memorable time exploring Mallorca from the sea. We do want to clarify for future guests: life jackets are, of course, available on board for safety, and the crew is always happy to provide one upon request. The sea can occasionally be choppy depending on the weather, so your suggestion for less confident swimmers to request a life jacket is a good tip. Thanks again for sailing with us – we hope to welcome you back on board soon for another great day out on the water!

    Great day on the sea

Fantastic experience. Crew was super friendly and service was great. Boat was nice and spacious. We were fortunate where we had about 40 passengers. The boat hold nearly 140. Lunch was a full spread and very good. Cash bar was reasonable. We had perfect conditions on the water. Crystal blue waters with some fish but not a ton. We brought our own snorkel masks which worked out grea for us. They do offer them for an extra charge. My 14 yo son and I had a great time.

Response from the operator: Thank you for coming with us on this excursion, we are glad that you enjoyed yourself we are very pleased that you found our excursion good value for money. We are focused on offering excellent value and service and we are glad that you agree, which is what makes us different (and better) than other tour operators offering less for more. We hope to see you again in the future, as it will be a pleasure for us. Nofrills Excursions

Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mallorca.

How much does Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip cost?

    +

Prices start at $92 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mallorca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mallorca is not rushed.

Is Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 57 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mallorca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip?

    +

Around 20 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mallorca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mallorca and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mallorca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Mallorca?

    +

On Outty we rank every Mallorca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mallorca Full Day Tour Valldemossa Deià and Sóller Experience, Best Mallorca Coves: Paddle Surf, Snorkeling and Guide, 3 Hours E-Bike Tour in Palma. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mallorca?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mallorca?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
