This isn't just a cooking class, it's a morning on our family's rooftop in the heart of the Medina, where generations of Amazigh tradition come alive through food. You'll knead Msemen and Harcha alongside my mom, learning the folds and flips she's been perfecting since childhood. My dad will share his tea secrets while you brew and pour mint tea together. Then you'll grind your own Amlou using a +120 years old family grinder, the same one my grandmother used. What makes this experience special isn't just what you make, it's where you make it, who you make it with, and the stories shared along the way. By the time we sit down to enjoy fresh bread with Amlou, orange honey, Jben cheese, and olives, you're not a guest anymore. you're family.

An unforgettable day with warmth, delicious tagine, charming views, and traditional Amazigh clothes

It was the most beautiful day I spent with the host family. It was a wonderful day filled with great hospitality and a warm welcome. They were very friendly in an atmosphere full of joy and happiness. Everything was great, in addition to the delicious food and wonderful Moroccan dishes like tagine, couscous, and refreshing Moroccan tea. Also, the place features a wonderful and charming view of the city, along with the experience of trying on the wonderful traditional Moroccan Amazigh clothing. Truly a unique and wonderful experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    must-do experience in Rabat!!

this was one of the coolest travel experiences I’ve had in 20+ trips in the last few years. it was so welcoming, comfortable, and engaging. and the knowledge shared was incredible! it’s set up really well for the different food/drink parts to have the time they need to rest etc without ever feeling like you are waiting for the next step. you really do every step from mixing, shaping, cooking, & eating! and best of all the breakfast & tea are absolutely delicious, we wished we had more room in our stomachs to keep eating. and you will get candid photos of you guys doing it all at the end which is really cool to not have to try to take photos with messy hands! we absolutely loved getting to do this and agreed it would be absolutely worth it to do even at a high price point

Response from the operator: Thank you so much, Karim! 🧡 This review honestly made our day. So glad every step felt natural and that you loved the food enough to want more. And yes, the photos at the end are our little gift to you. You're always welcome back! Warmly, Anouar & Family 🇲🇦

Response from the operator: Thank you so much, Trevor! 🧡 So glad you and your family enjoyed the morning, and that your daughter had fun with us too. She was a lovely little helper. You're always welcome back! Warmly, Anouar & Family 🇲🇦
