The Worst Excursion and the Worst Customer Service from Tripadvisor!!!!!
This trip was an absolute disaster. Every single cent spent on it was a waste of money. The car was in terrible condition, the organization was virtually nonexistent, and the bicycles were nothing but junk. The transfers to and from the destination were absolutely awful. Sightseeing tours that had been promised and advertised were simply not provided. The worst part, however, was the customer service—or rather the lack of it—from Tripadvisor. Apart from automated replies, there was no response whatsoever. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Cycling around Mai Chau village
The nature here is very beautiful and majestic, I have had experiences here and am very satisfied. The tours are very attractive, the tour guides are professional and fluent in English. Nest time I have the opportunity to come to Vietnam, I will continue to come here.

A fun day in the country side.

Ninh Binh day private trip
