Scam
I booked a transfer from Barajas Airport to my hotel in Madrid, but no one was there to meet me and no one answered the phone. After such a long flight, it was a horrible experience. No one called me back, no refund was issued, and the money is just gone. Never book with this company—it’s a scam.
Response from the operator: We are very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience this has caused after your long flight. This is not the service standard we aim to provide. Could you please contact us directly with your booking number? Once we have that we will review the situation right away and arrange a full refund for your booking. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right. Best regards, Daniel

Terrible Experience
Re write: arrived to Madrid airport from Miami and no one was waiting, called TripAdvisor and they gave me a phone number +34670419756 to contact the operator I did call and they have no idea about the booking, someone answered in Barcelona, horrible experience did not recommend this transfer
Response from the operator: Hello Henry, We’ve reached out several times to request your arrival flight details. Unfortunately, without this information, we're unable to meet you at the airport, as we have no way of knowing which flight you’ll be on. We’re sorry to hear that you left us a negative review for something beyond our control. We always strive to provide the best service possible and would have been happy to greet you—had we received the necessary details.

Bad experience
Scheduled pickup run to airport at 12PM. No show and waited until 1220-called support line and spoke to a man who said he could be there in 30 minutes- I informed him that was no good, he was rude and dismissive. Hailed a cab and made my flight...do not recommend this vender.
Response from the operator: Dear Client, Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the driver’s failure to collect you on time. Please rest assured that there will be no charge for this booking. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you and your fellow passengers, and we deeply regret the disruption to your plans. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Kind regards, Madina Quality Escalation Team

Our driver was great, the car was perfect. This made our arrival very easy. He even pointed out sites along the route from the airport.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your tremendously kind review! Always at your service :)

Why this scores 37
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Madrid VIP Private & Secure Airport Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.
How much does Madrid VIP Private & Secure Airport Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $95 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Madrid VIP Private & Secure Airport Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 0.4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.
Is Madrid VIP Private & Secure Airport Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 37 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Madrid VIP Private & Secure Airport Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Madrid VIP Private & Secure Airport Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Madrid VIP Private & Secure Airport Transfer?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 0.4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Madrid VIP Private & Secure Airport Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Madrid?
+
On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Madrid?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Madrid?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
