Excellent bike tour
David was so knowledgeable. I didn’t think that we could learn so much on a bike tour. He showed us the entire city and gave us loads of interesting history and facts. He was amazing.

David brings so much passion and historical expertise to his groups, and we're glad you enjoyed the fast-paced, small-group format. We loved our bike tour!
David Alejandro was a great guide for our Madrid city bike tour. We used regular bikes and went about 6 miles to major sites around the city. David Alejandro is a historian so he knows a lot of interesting and sometimes humorous details. The bikes were well-maintained and had a pack on the front that easily held our phones and water bottles. They also had a water bottle holder. The ride was leisurely, with only a few hills and it felt quite safe. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Madrid for the first time.
Response from the operator: Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for your excellent review of our Madrid city bike tour with David. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed learning about the city at a leisurely pace. We hope to welcome you back on one of our many other cycling tours in Spain or across Europe. Best wishes to all of you.

Madrid City and river tour
We did the city and river ebike tour and ended up being the only ones on the tour. The ebikes were in excellent condition and extremely easy to use. Felt very safe with the bike and the roads used. Saw so much in a little over 3 hours in a fun, efficient and informative tour. Highly recommend.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed having a personalized experience on our city and river e-bike tour. It is great to know that our well-maintained bikes gave you confidence and that you felt safe on the routes throughout the ride. We're thrilled you were able to cover so much ground in three hours while having a fun and informative time. We hope to welcome you back for another ride next time you visit!

Very safe and informative
David our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable about history of Madrid. Every time we travel to a new country we take an electric bike tour. By far, this tour was the best and felt very safe as most of the tour was not on main streets. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Great job David.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this incredible review! Hearing that this was the best e-bike tour you’ve taken across all your travels—and that you’d give it 10 stars—is the absolute highest compliment we could receive. David will be overjoyed to know his historical knowledge and guidance made such an impact, and we’re thrilled you felt safe and comfortable on our route. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another ride whenever your travels bring you back to Madrid!

Why this scores 79
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Madrid City Tour | Regular Bike or E-Bike | Reduced Groups: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.
How much does Madrid City Tour | Regular Bike or E-Bike | Reduced Groups cost?
+
Prices start at $10 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Madrid City Tour | Regular Bike or E-Bike | Reduced Groups take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.
Is Madrid City Tour | Regular Bike or E-Bike | Reduced Groups worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 79 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 91 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Madrid City Tour | Regular Bike or E-Bike | Reduced Groups?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Madrid City Tour | Regular Bike or E-Bike | Reduced Groups suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Madrid City Tour | Regular Bike or E-Bike | Reduced Groups?
+
Around 32 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Madrid City Tour | Regular Bike or E-Bike | Reduced Groups start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Madrid?
+
On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Madrid?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Madrid?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
