    Flamenco with family

We had such a wonderful time at our one-hour flamenco class with Gema! She is a professional flamenco dancer with incredible energy and enthusiasm. She didn't speak English, and we speak very little Spanish, but her instructions were so expressive and easy to follow that the language barrier didn't matter. Our group of seven ranged in age from 6 to 79, and everyone had an amazing time. Even though we were all pretty uncoordinated, Gema made us feel comfortable, encouraged us to have fun, and kept us laughing the whole class. It was a memorable, authentic experience and a fantastic way to spend part of our trip to Madrid. ¡Olé!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! ❤️ It truly means a lot to hear that your whole family enjoyed the flamenco class. Gema will be delighted to know that her passion, energy, and expressive teaching made the experience so enjoyable, even without a shared language. That's exactly what flamenco is all about connecting through music, movement, and emotion. It was a pleasure to welcome your group, from the youngest to the oldest, and we're so happy you created such special memories during your time in Madrid. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to see you again for another unforgettable experience. ¡Olé! 💃

    Fun intro to flamenco

Gema was a great instructor and we had lots of fun! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the studio didn’t turn on the air conditioning until the end of the class so it was really hot.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words about Gema! We're delighted to hear you had a great time in class. We also appreciate your feedback about the air conditioning. We're sorry the studio was too warm at the beginning of the session, and we'll review this with our team to ensure a more comfortable experience from the start. We hope to welcome you back for another class soon!

Fun alternative to a Flamenco Show 😆

My family was visiting and wanted to try to experience Flamenco dance! Mia came with a lot of fun positive energy, and got all of us dancing and definitely enjoyed it! I would recommend it for group or person who would want to experience Flamenco first hand

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re really happy to hear that your family enjoyed the flamenco experience and that Mia brought positive energy to the class. Creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable trying flamenco is exactly what we aim for. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you and your family again in the future for more dancing and great moments! 💃

Madrid: 1-Hour Flamenco Class Experience: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.

How much does Madrid: 1-Hour Flamenco Class Experience cost?

    +

Prices start at $41 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Madrid: 1-Hour Flamenco Class Experience take?

    +

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.

Is Madrid: 1-Hour Flamenco Class Experience worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Madrid: 1-Hour Flamenco Class Experience?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Madrid: 1-Hour Flamenco Class Experience suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Madrid: 1-Hour Flamenco Class Experience?

    +

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Madrid: 1-Hour Flamenco Class Experience start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Madrid?

    +

On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Madrid?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Madrid?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
