Excellent Service and Organization
If you’re looking for a reliable tour company in Peru, this is definitely the one! My family and I had an incredible experience visiting Machu Picchu. We booked everything at the last minute, and honestly, without Julio and the entire team’s help, none of this would have been possible. They went above and beyond to help us arrange the entrance tickets at the last minute and made sure everything was organized so we could enjoy our visit without worrying about the details. Elder was an incredible guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and made our visit to Machu Picchu truly special. Thanks to them, we were able to experience Machu Picchu in a wonderful way despite booking at the last minute. Everything went smoothly, and my family and I had an amazing time. We are extremely grateful to Julio and Elder, and the whole team for making this trip so memorable. I highly recommend Elvis Adventures to anyone visiting Machu Picchu. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give them a 10! I would definitely recommend this agency and book with them again.

Insightful and Well Worth It
Elder was our guide for our visit to Machu Picchu, and he's a big part of why the day stuck with us. He picked us up right on time and was easy to talk to from the start. He clearly knew the history well, but what stood out was how personally he shared it. It felt less like a scripted tour and more like walking through the ruins with someone who genuinely wanted us to understand the place. That's what made the trip feel meaningful, not just another stop on an itinerary.

Excellent service and help
The coordinator Julio from Elvis Adventures kept in touch with us for 3 months via WhatsApp ever since we purchased our Machu Picchu tickets with Viator. He was very helpful providing updated ticket information and advising us on the local transportation. Our private tour guide Elder assigned to us by Elvis is a great guy. He met us at Aguas Calientes train station as promised and took us to the Ministry of Culture office right away to get our Circuit 2A tickets that we paid for. On the following day he picked us from our hotel on time and accompanied us during our entire tour lasting 4.5 hours. We were lucky not only having beautiful weather in Machu Picchu, but also having Elder’s excellent service and support, making our journey to Machu Picchu totally unforgettable. We strongly recommend Elvis and Elder for helping your visit to Machu Picchu with peace of mind.

Machu Picchu Private Guided Tour with Official Ticket & Bus: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sacred Valley.
How much does Machu Picchu Private Guided Tour with Official Ticket & Bus cost?
+
Prices start at $179 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sacred Valley usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Machu Picchu Private Guided Tour with Official Ticket & Bus take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sacred Valley is not rushed.
Is Machu Picchu Private Guided Tour with Official Ticket & Bus worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Sacred Valley, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Machu Picchu Private Guided Tour with Official Ticket & Bus?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Machu Picchu Private Guided Tour with Official Ticket & Bus suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Machu Picchu Private Guided Tour with Official Ticket & Bus?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sacred Valley can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sacred Valley and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Machu Picchu Private Guided Tour with Official Ticket & Bus start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sacred Valley within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sacred Valley?
+
On Outty we rank every Sacred Valley experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best Private Sacred Valley Tour in Cusco ( with Pisac), From Urubamba & Ollantaytambo: Sacred Valley Day tour with Lunch, Machu Picchu Guided Tour from Aguas Calientes. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sacred Valley?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sacred Valley?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
