    Above and Beyond!

As a Travel Advisor, it's easy to book flights and accommodations, and even an activity or two, for my clients. The challenge often lies in letting go of the reins and entrusting my clients to someone else. I scheduled a day trip for my clients to see Machu Picchu as well as transportation to and from the airport. I came across Lipa Tours and they were amazing! They went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Not only did they meet my clients at the airport, they took them on a tour of Cusco until they were able to check into their hotel. They then picked them up the next morning for the almost two hour drive to the Aguas Calientes train station. Lipa Tours was waiting for my clients after their Machu Picchu tour and returned them safely to the airport to return to Lima. They sent my pictures and kept me updated every step of the way. My clients were in excellent hands and I'd recommend Lipa Tours to any of my clients and colleagues.

Response from the operator: Dear Lissahn, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for trusting us with your clients' trip to Peru. It was a pleasure taking care of every detail and keeping you updated throughout their journey. We're so happy to hear they had a great experience and that you felt confident knowing they were in good hands. Thank you again for your recommendation. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to welcoming more of your clients to Peru.

How much does Machu Picchu Guided Tour from Aguas Calientes with Entry & Bus cost?

    +

Prices start at $199 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sacred Valley usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Machu Picchu Guided Tour from Aguas Calientes with Entry & Bus take?

Is Machu Picchu Guided Tour from Aguas Calientes with Entry & Bus worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sacred Valley, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

How far in advance should I book Machu Picchu Guided Tour from Aguas Calientes with Entry & Bus?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sacred Valley can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sacred Valley and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Sacred Valley?

    +

On Outty we rank every Sacred Valley experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best Private Sacred Valley Tour in Cusco ( with Pisac), From Urubamba & Ollantaytambo: Sacred Valley Day tour with Lunch, Machu Picchu Guided Tour from Aguas Calientes. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Sacred Valley?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Sacred Valley?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
